Place Names?

So guys, I was wondering what your opinion is on ‘Place Names’. Myself, I don’t mind them, but there are not many I find sound ‘nice’ and ‘good’, and also not many I would ever use, especially on a person!

Here’s some, what do u think of these?
[name]Barcelona[/name]
[name]Rome[/name]
[name]Asia[/name]
[name]Boston[/name]
[name]Canada[/name]
Azilda
[name]Alberta[/name]
[name]China[/name]
[name]Melbourne[/name]
Alaska
[name]Orlando[/name]
[name]York[/name]
[name]Austin[/name]
[name]Berlin[/name]
[name]Denver[/name]
[name]Ireland[/name]
[name]Kenya[/name]
[name]Israel[/name]
[name]India[/name]

I like place names, as long as they actually sound like names.

[name]Barcelona[/name] - too long, does not sound like a name
[name]Rome[/name] - Very cool for a boy, I also like [name]Roman[/name]
[name]Asia[/name] - Odd, but could work. Maybe.
[name]Boston[/name] - Never heard this one before, I’m just not sure it sounds enough like a name
[name]Canada[/name] - I like [name]Canada[/name] but not for a name
Azilda - A little too exotic for me
[name]Alberta[/name] - Could work. We used to have a dog named [name]Alberta[/name], because that’s where my Daddy was raised
[name]China[/name] - I think I used to know a girl with this name…or was it [name]London[/name]? Well anyway, once again it could work
[name]Melbourne[/name] - [name]Don[/name]'t like it
Alaska - I strangely like this
[name]Orlando[/name] - [name]Love[/name] this! On my Top Ten!
[name]York[/name] - I like this one, it’s so cute!
[name]Austin[/name] - Another cute one
[name]Berlin[/name] - Not crazy about this one
[name]Denver[/name] - Once again, not too fond of it
[name]Ireland[/name] - [name]Love[/name] it! I know a little girl with this name and totally works!
[name]Kenya[/name] - A bit exotic, but I like it
[name]Israel[/name] - I will most likely name one of my boys this, so love it!
[name]India[/name] - Interesting

I also like:
[name]Savannah[/name]
[name]Sierra[/name]
[name]Vienna[/name]
[name]Italia[/name]

Thanks for your answer! I like [name]Berlin[/name], but nms!

[name]Barcelona[/name] - not a fan of the letter B in the first place, then I think of the shirt my grandmother got me with a cow on it
[name]Rome[/name] - prefer [name]Roman[/name]
[name]Asia[/name] - too obvious, methinks
[name]Boston[/name] - so long as you don’t live near [name]Boston[/name] or New [name]York[/name] (Yankees). Not bad sounding.
[name]Canada[/name] - would love this on a character in a novel, not so much on a real kid. More a middle name option.
Azilda - trying to spice up the “ilda” ending, but not working
[name]Alberta[/name] - this is a place? I do like [name]Albert[/name], but [name]Alberta[/name] is a little old, only a step away from [name]Bertha[/name]
[name]China[/name] - doll or plate
[name]Melbourne[/name] - born of [name]Melanie[/name]
Alaska - I’ll ask ya
[name]Orlando[/name] - love!
[name]York[/name] - not bad, could be like [name]Kent[/name], which I prefer
[name]Austin[/name] - love again!
[name]Berlin[/name] - invokes images of fir trees and [name]German[/name] accents. A nice soft sounding name. Not bad since the wall is torn down.
[name]Denver[/name] - hippie singing in the woods
[name]Ireland[/name] - Prefer Irelyn, but still, the word “ire” means anger, so…
[name]Kenya[/name] - pretty, I actually really like this one
[name]Israel[/name] - not bad; it was a name before a country
[name]India[/name] - I just see bollywood

I also like [name]Virginia[/name], [name]Georgia[/name], [name]Valencia[/name], [name]Vernon[/name], and I second [name]Vienna[/name].
