Please choose the best middle name for

I found this name in my mom’s family tree, and I like it better than [name_u]Tristan[/name_u], even if it is a little bit of a tongue twister at first, at least for me. I have some middle names that also come from my family tree. What do you like best (or dislike least), as I want to add it to my still-yet-to-be nailed down list?

[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Donald[/name_m]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Llewellyn[/name_m]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Alan[/name_m]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Patrick[/name_m]

I prefer [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]. [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Patrick[/name_m] and [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] are tied for second. I adore [name_m]Llewellyn[/name_m] but it does nothing for me with [name_m]Tristram[/name_m]. I really dislike [name_m]Donald[/name_m] and [name_m]Alan[/name_m] with [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] as they seem too different stylistically.

[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] is my first choice. I also like [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]. [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] is the perfect blend of unexpected and classic. [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] [last name] is a very handsome, strong name.

Thank you guys for the replies. I think [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] is the best choice, too.

I had a bit of a difficult time saying [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] aloud, too. Perhaps I just need more practice.

I love it when family names are used. In preference order:

[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Patrick[/name_m]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Alan[/name_m]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Donald[/name_m]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Llewellyn[/name_m]

I like the flow of [name_m]Robert[/name_m] and [name_m]Alan[/name_m].

As an aside, our surname is one syllable. Essentially, it sounds like “cane,” but is spelled very unusually. I thank you all for your replies. They’re all decent, but it’s really hard to choose the best as they’re all family names. It looks like [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] is winning.

[name_m]Robert[/name_m] definitely! Although it may be because [name_u]Tristan[/name_u] [name_m]Robert[/name_m] is my brothers name. He always gets compliments on his name

I may be the odd one out here, but I prefer [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Llewelyn[/name_m], with [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Alan[/name_m] close behind. I find that with the other names, the combo ends up being to R heavy and, because Spanish is my first language, my Rs are naturally strong and it just sounds weird. When I picture and English speaker saying the names, I think [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] gets my vote.
In short, my vote goes to [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Llewelyn[/name_m] but I can get behind [name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]

In this order:
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]
[name_m]Tristram[/name_m] [name_m]Alan[/name_m]
