I love [name]Pheobe[/name] too, and while [name]Pheobe[/name] from Friends comes to mind, it’s no longer that big of a deal. Friends has been off the air for nearly ten years, it’s bound to be more of a distant memory. I also think of [name]Holden[/name] Caufield’s little sister from “Catcher in the [name]Rye[/name]” and she wasn’t a space cadet, she was a very positive character. I think that if you love [name]Pheobe[/name], you should use it. It’s a pretty name with roots beyond [name]Pheobe[/name] Buffet.

[name]Anna[/name] [name]Sophie[/name] (although I slightly prefer [name]Anna[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] or [name]Anne[/name]-[name]Sophie[/name]), [name]Phoebe[/name], [name]Vivian[/name] (prefer the [name]Vivienne[/name] spelling, though), and [name]Sabine[/name] are my favorites.
[name]Phoebe[/name] is completely usable, imo… I honestly had forgotten that there was a [name]Phoebe[/name] in Friends, lol. I never watched the show, but still. I usually just think about how lovely a name it is, that and it reminds me of a character in a book I read years ago, she was this girl in the South, she was so courageous and beautiful, everything I would imagine a [name]Phoebe[/name] to be. [name]Phoebe[/name]'s coming back into favor, so as it gets used more and more, I don’t think people will really worry about the Friends thing.

I also love [name]Phoebe[/name]! I don’t think people will associate the name with the friends character too much. By the time she grows up, people anywhere near her age probably won’t even know that the show Friends existed. Good luck

I absolutely love [name]Sabine[/name]. It’s smart, quirky, cute, pretty, underused…and I met a little [name]Sabine[/name] once who was super-intelligent and cute, with smooth bobbed hair and glasses, so I now have a permanent good association with that name.
[name]Phoebe[/name] is one of those names that looks better than it sounds, [name]IMO[/name] (the sound ‘feeby’ started reminding me of ‘feeble’, then I couldn’t budge the association. But I’m weird like that).
[name]Sophie[/name] is lovely, but way too popular here for me to ever use. [name]Anna[/name] [name]Sophie[/name] is lovelier, though.
I really love [name]Sabine[/name], it was in the running before we found out that baby was a boy
[name]Phoebe[/name] is one of my top choices. I like that is has the vibe of [name]Chloe[/name] or [name]Sophie[/name] but without the popularity concerns.

Another name that comes to mind when looking over your list: [name]Daphne[/name], or [name]Penelope[/name].
I like [name]Vivian[/name] best (though my favorite variation is spelled [name]Vivien[/name]), but [name]Phoebe[/name] would be my next choice.
I don’t know where you live, but I’m watching Friends right now on TV on TBS, so it’s not off the air… however I think [name]Phoebe[/name] is still usable, but [name]Sophie[/name] is my favorite.
