I still think that [name_f]Rose[/name_f] fits the best. [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] would be my second choice.
Honestly, I think those names all sound too current and young for such a character, especially [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] and [name_f]Belle[/name_f]. I voted for [name_f]Rose[/name_f], because it’s a bit more on the timeless side, but I would suggest you look into older, more elaborate names. I feel that would better suit the character you described.
