My husband and I are still struggling about what to name our 3rd child. His sibling’s names are [name_f]Tara[/name_f] and [name_u]Mason[/name_u]. Middle name will be either [name_m]Timothy[/name_m] or [name_m]Joshua[/name_m] after my husband. These are the options we have it narrowed down to…your opinion is much appreciated, as I am really struggling!!

My favourite is [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] is alright, but I love the nickname [name_m]Ike[/name_m]! I feel like [name_u]Owen[/name_u] is the best fit for your family though, as it has a similar style to [name_u]Mason[/name_u].
I know a boy named [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] (age 9 or so), and it suits him — definitely can work on a child. And [name_m]Ike[/name_m] is a fun nn., as @aliciamae_ pointed out That’s my pick!
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] would be wonderful on a little boy. I know some young Isaacs and I just love how it works so well on small boys and teenagers in particular, plus the meaning of the name is “laughter” so that kinda helps too! It feels quite ‘hip’ and modern to me, very much in keeping with the new generation(s) [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Joshua[/name_m]/[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_m]Timothy[/name_m] go well together too, although I would say the softness of [name_m]Joshua[/name_m] complements [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] slightly better. I may be slightly prejudiced as my younger brother is called [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] and I’m amazed at how such a great name isn’t more popular!
As for combos - [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Joshua[/name_m] sounds absolutely amazing. I honestly don’t think I’ve come across another combination that sounds quite as good as this one! [name_m]Henry[/name_m] seems to fit best with the names of your other children, however I do think that creating the perfect sibset regarding the flow and feel of the names is very much overrated on Nameberry - I would think that, as for me it’s hardly an issue. Choosing the right individual names should trump finding the most complementary set of names . . . but then you may not agree!
[name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_m]Timothy[/name_m] I think [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_m]Timothy[/name_m] sounds great, but [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] is great as well, honestly, whichever one suits him best I think works but I think [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_m]Timothy[/name_m] sounds sweet and strong
