My favourites with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] are [name_f]Margot[/name_f], [name_f]Delphine[/name_f], [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f], and [name_f]Camille[/name_f]. I couldn’t choose an absolute fav they’re amazing!
[name_u]Simone[/name_u] and [name_f]Georgina[/name_f] are the only names I don’t really like, too tied to the masculine names for me. [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] is also but I do like it! However [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] is very popular atm.
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f], [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] are good names just don’t match with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] as nicely.
[name_f]Bea[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] are a bit short in comparison to [name_u]Vivian[/name_u].

I also like [name_f]Bea[/name_f] with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and I would love [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]/[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]. The other names are great too but I don’t see them as perfect matches for [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. However, you must pick the name that you love the most and it is more meaningful to you. Your baby will have a beautiful name!

[name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is beautiful. Here are my thoughts for a little sister:
[name_f]Theodora[/name_f]-I like it. I mainly like the nn [name_f]Thea[/name_f]. I met one recently, & it was so sweet on a little girl.
[name_f]Georgina[/name_f]-[name_f]Lovely[/name_f]. I find this much nicer than [name_f]Georgia[/name_f]. It just sounds fancier in a good way. I also really like [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f]. The nns [name_f]Gigi[/name_f] & [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] are both adorable.
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]-This is good. Getting sort of popular. It doesn’t really have any good nns, if that bothers you.
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f]-So pretty, & has a similar feel to [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. I don’t like [name_u]Julie[/name_u] personally. It may be avoidable.
[name_f]Delphine[/name_f]-Not sure I like this one. I just hear the word ‘feind’. I love [name_f]Delia[/name_f], which is similar.
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]-This is nice. Not super amazing, but cute.
[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]-This is okay. I like it, but I meet so many little Ceces.
[name_f]Celeste[/name_f]-This is nice.
[name_f]Camille[/name_f]-This is fine. I really don’t like ‘[name_f]Cami[/name_f]’, but love [name_f]Millie[/name_f].
[name_f]Bea[/name_f]-Super sweet ,but definitely only as a nn. [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] or [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] are both good.
[name_u]Simone[/name_u]-This is fine. Not my favorite.
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]-[name_f]Lovely[/name_f]. Unexpected as a fn, & such a pretty image. [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] is adorable too.
So, I like a lot of them. Which makes me little help! Are you a nn person? If you like those, I’d eliminate any w/out good nns . Are you worried about popularity? I’d probably eliminate a few there too like [name_f]Margot[/name_f] & [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f].

The Name [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is exquisite, and I adore almost all of your suggestions but have fallen head-over-heels in love with someone’s gorgeous suggestion of [name_f]Delia[/name_f]!! [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_f]Delia[/name_f] is PERFECTION!! <3
[name_f]Theodora[/name_f] - [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] feels a little heavy next to [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. [name_f]Thea[/name_f] is cute, but the whole thing is a lot of name.
[name_f]Georgina[/name_f] - [name_f]Georgina[/name_f] is a sweet name, and I think it works well with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], but it’s not my favorite option for you. Also, if [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is ever [name_f]Vivi[/name_f], I would avoid [name_f]Gigi[/name_f] names (though [name_u]Georgie[/name_u], [name_f]Gina[/name_f], or [name_f]Nina[/name_f] could also work for [name_f]Georgina[/name_f]).
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] - A perfect match with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u].
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] - I also think [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] sounds perfect with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. The [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] I know is sometimes [name_u]Jules[/name_u], never [name_u]Julie[/name_u].
[name_f]Delphine[/name_f] - This is pretty, but I think it’s a little too frilly and formal. I’m not sure I would want to be named [name_f]Delphine[/name_f].
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is a great match with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], and it’s a stylish name, but the popularity does bother me. My town is overflowing with Audreys and Aubreys.
[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] - A lovely match for [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], but I would worry about [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] and Cici.
[name_f]Celeste[/name_f] - Not a personal favorite, but I like how unexpected it is with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u].
[name_f]Camille[/name_f] - Like [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], I find [name_f]Camille[/name_f] to be an unexpectedly good match with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. I struggle to imagine [name_f]Camille[/name_f] on a little girl, though. [name_f]Camilla[/name_f], maybe?
[name_f]Bea[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Bea[/name_f], but I agree with others that it doesn’t quite work with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. It would make a nice middle name.
[name_u]Simone[/name_u] - [name_u]Simone[/name_u] would make your sibset very [name_m]French[/name_m]. I’m not sure I like it.
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Rose[/name_f], and I think she strikes just the right chord next to [name_u]Vivian[/name_u].
Overall, I think you can go one of two ways. [name_f]Margot[/name_f], [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] are all popular, classic names that seem like an obvious choice next to [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] (and “obvious” isn’t meant to be offensive – these pairings are perfect!). Or, you could do something a little bit fresher with [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], [name_f]Camille[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], or [name_f]Georgina[/name_f], but these might be more daring than you’re comfortable with. Either way, you have a lovely list and I’m sure you’ll choose something great. Congratulations!
I actually like [name_u]Simone[/name_u] the best with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. My opinion’s definitely influenced by the Olympic gymnast, so I now think of it as a tough, flexible, beautiful name. My second choice would be [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]. Maybe I like them because they bring out a fresh feel to [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] instead of a heavier, Victorian frill. None of your picks are poor choices though!

I would take [name_f]Bea[/name_f] out of the running (I like it, but it feels insubstantial next to the rest of your list).
I might take away [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], too. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] sound nice together, it feels less antique than the others, and I’m not sure I like it in a set if you were to have a third girl. Same with [name_f]Rose[/name_f]–though [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] sounds nice.

The only name I would suggest is [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. It has the long E sound you seem to like, and it kind of combines [name_f]Camille[/name_f] and [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]. Good luck!

We have really similar taste in names I love so many of these. I actually have a baby girl named [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] so I’m a bit biased but I think it’s the most beautiful name ever. I think it pairs nicely with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u].
With [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] I really like [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f].
Although I like them, I think the following don’t sound as well paired with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]:
