Please help with a girl's name

[name]Hi[/name] everyone. I am having my first child, a girl, due in [name]January[/name] and I can’t still decide on a name. If I could get some feedback on the names I’m considering I would really really appreciate it. Other suggestions are welcome as well. Thank you!

[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Taylor[/name] – Right now this is my first choice, but I feel like I may eventually tire of [name]Taylor[/name]
[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Helena[/name]
[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Paige[/name]
[name]Vivien[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name]
[name]Vivien[/name] [name]Alexis[/name]
[name]Vivien[/name] [name]Estella[/name]
[name]Hayley[/name] [name]Alexis[/name]
[name]Hayley[/name] [name]Morgan[/name]
[name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Morgan[/name]
[name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Paige[/name]

[name]Hi[/name] there.

[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Taylor[/name]: I like [name]Madeline[/name] spelled [name]Madeline[/name], but I’m not much of a [name]Madelyn[/name] fan. [name]Taylor[/name] is already very dated to me (1990s), and very trendy, so I prefer some of your other names.

[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Helena[/name]: I love the classic [name]Helena[/name], but not with [name]Madelyn[/name].

[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Paige[/name]: I think this works nicely! I really like it spelled [name]Madeline[/name] [name]Paige[/name].

[name]Vivien[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name]: I absolutely love the name [name]Vivien[/name]!

[name]Vivien[/name] [name]Alexis[/name]: [name]Alexis[/name] is super trendy and popular, but I love the classic [name]Vivien[/name]. Because their styles are so different, I don’t think that [name]Vivien[/name] and [name]Alexis[/name] work very well together.

[name]Vivien[/name] [name]Estella[/name]: I really love [name]Vivien[/name], but I’m not sure about it with [name]Estella[/name] (which I also love), because when I say it out loud, the N from [name]Vivien[/name] attaches to [name]Estella[/name], and I hear Nestella.

What about [name]Stella[/name] [name]Vivian[/name]?

[name]Hayley[/name] [name]Alexis[/name]: [name]Hayley[/name] is very trendy and part of the -aley meganame trend, which includes names like [name]Baylee[/name]/Braylie/[name]Caylee[/name]/[name]Cayleigh[/name]/[name]Haylee[/name]/[name]Hailey[/name]/[name]Haylee[/name]/[name]Hayleigh[/name]/[name]Jaylee[/name]/Shayley/Zaylee, etc.

Here’s a blog entry [name]Pam[/name] and [name]Linda[/name] wrote on the topic: https://nameberry.com/blog/2009/04/07/the-million-baby-name/

[name]Hayley[/name] and [name]Alexis[/name] are a completely different naming style from timeless classics like [name]Vivien[/name] and [name]Helena[/name], and I’m not sure which you prefer.

[name]Hayley[/name] [name]Morgan[/name]: Not my style…
[name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Morgan[/name]: Ditto…
[name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Paige[/name]: [name]Alyssa[/name]'s not my style (I think it’s pretty, though), but I prefer [name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Paige[/name] to [name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Morgan[/name].

Thank you so much for your input!

[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Tahlia[/name] instead of [name]Taylor[/name] may appeal to you.

I love [name]Madelyn[/name]/[name]Madeline[/name] … Italian version is [name]Maddalena[/name], which kind of has the [name]Helena[/name] feel to it. For years, I have liked the name [name]Madelaine[/name] so I could use the nn [name]Lainey[/name].

I do think [name]Taylor[/name] is already dated … and to be honest, I put [name]Alyssa[/name] there as well.

I like [name]Hailey[/name], but I prefer [name]Hallie[/name].

[name]Paige[/name] is by far my favorite of your middle names. I think it is modern enough to stand up to your favorite first names, but classic enough not to be trendy.

Good luck and congratulations!!

[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Taylor[/name] – Right now this is my first choice, but I feel like I may eventually tire of [name]Taylor[/name] - I love the spelling [name]Madeline[/name] or [name]Madeleine[/name]. [name]Taylor[/name] feels trendy and dated, sorry!

[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Helena[/name] - [name]Love[/name] [name]Helena[/name]

[name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Paige[/name] - [name]Love[/name] [name]Paige[/name]

[name]Vivien[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name] - I would spell [name]Vivien[/name] either [name]Vivienne[/name] or [name]Vivian[/name]. [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name] is lovely. Same with [name]Vivian[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name].

[name]Vivien[/name] [name]Alexis[/name] - [name]Alexis[/name] feels dated to me.

[name]Vivien[/name] [name]Estella[/name] - Since [name]Vivienne[/name] has three syllables, I would pair it with [name]Estelle[/name] which has a nice contrasting two syllables. [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Estelle[/name]. I would keep the [name]Vivienne[/name] spelling as opposed to the [name]Vivian[/name] spelling. The two French names are lovely together.

[name]Hayley[/name] [name]Alexis[/name] - [name]Both[/name] names sound trendy and dated.

[name]Hayley[/name] [name]Morgan[/name] - ditto
[name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Morgan[/name] - ditto
[name]Alyssa[/name] [name]Paige[/name] - love [name]Paige[/name]

I like [name]Vivien[/name] [name]Estella[/name] the best by far! [name]Madelyn[/name] is too popular and [name]Hayley[/name] and [name]Alyssa[/name] are sort of dated back to the 80s for me. GL!

Thank you for all your help! I just realized there is another name I forgot to put on the list that I really like and thats [name]Lydia[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name]. I don’t usually like names that end in the same sound but for some reason I think this one flows well, am I Crazy? If you can think of any other middle names that would be great. Also, some of you mentioned the name [name]Vivienne[/name] which I have always like the spelling of but could someone tell me exactly how its pronounced? Thanks so much!

[name]Vivienne[/name] (my favorite spelling). It’s pronounced differently in French than it is in English, but if you’ll be using the English pronunciation, it’s pronounced the same as [name]Vivien[/name] and [name]Vivian[/name]–“viv-ee-in.”

I [name]LOVE[/name] the name [name]Lydia[/name], but not with [name]Alexandra[/name].

[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Blythe[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Camille[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Frances[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Kate[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Louise[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Maeve[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Margot[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Pearl[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Scarlett[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Violet[/name]

Good luck!

On your list, I [name]LOVE[/name] the names [name]Lydia[/name] and [name]Vivien[/name]/[name]Vivienne[/name]. [name]Madelyn[/name] is misspelled, but [name]Madeleine[/name] and [name]Madeline[/name] are nice names. [name]Hayley[/name] is sooo trendy. I really like the combo [name]Vivien[/name] [name]Estella[/name], and [name]Lydia[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name] is nice too!

[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Margaret[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Rosalie[/name]
[name]Lydia[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name]

[name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Alana[/name]
[name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Elodie[/name]

I am with you; I really like [name]Madelyn[/name] [name]Taylor[/name] best! But I am one who has never tired of [name]Taylor[/name]. I still think it’s adorable. And it’s not too common anymore.
Good luck.
