Ok we are pregnant with our 4th child we have a boys name picked out but where having a hard time with a girl name… I have 2 daughters Kendeyl ([name_u]Kendall[/name_u]) [name_f]Michelle[/name_f] and [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u] [name_f]Marie[/name_f] ([name_u]Kenzie[/name_u]) for short… So right now I have [name_m]Kaiden[/name_m] [name_f]Ruthanne[/name_f] and my husband hates it… The [name_f]Ruthanne[/name_f] is after both grandmothers so I would like to keep that but does anyone have suggestions for a girls name that goes well with my other 2 girls?
[name_m]Kaiden[/name_m] sounds very much like a boys’ name to me. We have very different styles, but here are some ideas:
[name_f]Jade[/name_f]
[name_u]Arden[/name_u]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u]
[name_u]Marlowe[/name_u]
[name_f]Layla[/name_f]
[name_u]Sage[/name_u]
Thanks I think I like [name_f]Layla[/name_f] [name_f]Ruthanne[/name_f]
[name_m]Both[/name_m] names are really not my style, but here are my suggestions. A few of the options I starred because I thought you might like to keep the “K” as a common factor in your girls names, as a connection between the three. Stylistically, you should look more towards unisex names since [name_u]Kendall[/name_u] and [name_f]Mckenzie[/name_f] are both technically unisex:
Kendeyl, [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u], and [name_u]Harper[/name_u] - in terms of style, it was my first thought. Unisex and popular just like Kendeyl and [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u]
Kendeyl, [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u] and [name_u]Avery[/name_u]
Kendeyl, [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u] and [name_f]Eliska[/name_f]* - not unisex, but has that “k”
Kendeyl, [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u], and [name_u]Hadley[/name_u]
Kendeyl, [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u], and [name_u]Haven[/name_u]
Kendeyl, [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u], and [name_u]Regan[/name_u]
Kendeyl, [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u] and [name_u]Skyler[/name_u]* - loving this one, as it’s both unisex and has the k!
Kendeyl, [name_u]Makenzie[/name_u], and [name_u]Brooklyn[/name_u]* - not unisex, but popular and has a k
Sorry if I’m jumping the gun with the whole k thing, but I thought it would be a nice way to relate the names.
Thanks for the suggestions! There are a few I really like
What is your other child’s name? You said you’re having your fourth?
[name_m]How[/name_m] does your husband feel about [name_f]Ruthanne[/name_f]? I know my husband isn’t too bothered by middle names!
As for other ideas, I like previous posters’ suggestions of [name_u]Harper[/name_u] and [name_f]Layla[/name_f].
My sons name is [name_u]Evan[/name_u] [name_m]Joshua[/name_m] and my husband is still on the rocker with [name_f]Ruthanne[/name_f]. I like [name_u]Harper[/name_u] but my mothers best friends last name is [name_u]Harper[/name_u] is it kinda sounds weird to me to call my daughter [name_u]Harper[/name_u]. lol
