Been lurking on this site ever since we found out we are having our second girl, first time posting. DH and I have narrowed a long list of names down to 4 first names: [name]Clara[/name], [name]Gabriella[/name], [name]Felicity[/name], or [name]Julia[/name]. We are trying to pair a MN with these choices before making the final decision. Please do not suggest any additional FN but other ideas for MN are welcome. We are going for a name that has a classic yet soft and angelic feel to it. Last name is 2 syllables and begins with Sh_____.

My personal favorite [name]Felicity[/name] combo is [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Raine[/name] although [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Autumn[/name] is beautiful as well. I think [name]Clara[/name] [name]Paige[/name] would be intriguing, nice mix of classic/sweet with more modern/strong.
[name]Julia[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] sounds a little too long to me. I prefer [name]Julia[/name] [name]Noelle[/name].

I love them all! It’s hard for me to pick without knowing what your first daughter’s name–I just love them all equally, and seeing it next to her sister’s name might make the difference for me. Despite the fact that I usually prefer [name]Julia[/name] or [name]Clara[/name], I really love [name]Felicity[/name] here for some reason. [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Autumn[/name] is pretty, but I have to say I like [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Claire[/name] even more! I like the suggestions of [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Brynn[/name] (even though [name]Brynn[/name]'s not usually my thing) and [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Abigail[/name]. I also quite like [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Julia[/name], if you’d be willing to use that as a MN.
Thanks so much for all of your positive comments. I just feel really torn on these names and we are not sharing with anyone until we have decided with certainty! So, opinions from an unbiased party are great! Her sister’s name is [name]Alexa[/name] [name]Faith[/name]… if that helps at all.
Husband is leaning most towards [name]Gabriella[/name], which I think probably does “fit” the best with DD#1’s name- but I don’t think that should be the deciding factor. As I type, I prefer [name]Julia[/name] and do like the suggestion of [name]Julia[/name] [name]Claire[/name]. [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Claire[/name] might be a close second. [name]How[/name] to choose?!
Oh, okay, [name]Alexa[/name] and [name]Gabriella[/name] do seem to go together the best. Then again, like you are saying, that isn’t everything. My name doesn’t match with the names of my sisters and it works out fine. Plus, I think [name]Julia[/name] [name]Claire[/name] and [name]Alexa[/name] [name]Faith[/name] go really well actually.
