I chose [name_f]Freya[/name_f] and [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f] because I love their strength, and as a pagan, the Norse mythology connection gives me all of the happy feels.
I chose [name_f]Naomi[/name_f] because it’s my sister’s name, and we have never received anything but compliments. She goes by N0mi or N0mes. It’s the perfect intersection of unusual and familiar, so people almost never mispronounce it.
Lastly, I chose [name_f]Eowyn[/name_f] and Nymeria because of their high fantasy and literary connections. They’re so beautiful, ethereal, and strong.
These are some great names! I voted for [name_f]Katrina[/name_f], [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], [name_f]Freya[/name_f], Nymiera, and [name_f]Leona[/name_f]. Beautiful, unexpected, but not too out there. ([name_m]Even[/name_m] though Nymeria isnt a very established name it still feels very much like a name)
WOW! I am absolutely in love with your entire list. You can’t go wrong with any one of these unique, gorgeous names. A word on mispronunciation: It might not be as awful as you think. My name is [name_f]Aine[/name_f] (pronounced like [name_f]Anya[/name_f]), and no one has ever gotten it right on the first try. However, people are quick to learn, and it can be an instant icebreaker/conversation starter. That said, I think that Nymeria, [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f], and [name_f]Eowyn[/name_f] would get mispronounced quite often.
