[name]Imogen[/name] vs. [name]Freya[/name] - honestly, I’m not a big [name]Freya[/name] person. I can’t see the appeal. I do love the quintessentially British feel to [name]Imogen[/name], though, the adorable nn of [name]Immy[/name] (or even the spunky/vintagy [name]Gen[/name]/[name]Genny[/name]), and the connection to [name]Shakespeare[/name] (even though I’ve never actually read the play [name]Imogen[/name] is in, and have no idea if she’s good or bad).

[name]Ariana[/name] vs. [name]Alice[/name] - easy for me–while I like [name]Alice[/name], I adore [name]Ari[/name] names, and [name]Ariana[/name] is one of my favorites (after [name]Arianne[/name], it probably is my favorite! Although [name]Ariadna[/name] or [name]Ariadne[/name] are very close behind).

[name]Francesca[/name] vs. [name]Cosette[/name] - I voted [name]Cosette[/name], but I’m not a huge fan of either. I’m honestly sick of hearing the [name]Frankie[/name] names–I’ve come across probably 10 Francescas and Franciscos in the past year or two. But I don’t really love [name]Cosette[/name], either–it has a nice sound and I like the nns Cozy and [name]Etta[/name], and I love the French flourish, but in [name]France[/name] it’s seen as a very weak and puny name, and I wouldn’t want my daughter to get laughed at if we ever went to [name]France[/name] (which is very likely for me).

[name]Sienna[/name] vs. [name]Juliet[/name] - While I waffle on [name]Juliet[/name], I do like it quite a bit and love the [name]Julia[/name] family of names. [name]Sienna[/name] just doesn’t appeal to me at all, sorry–I can only think of the vehicle, and [name]Siena[/name] seems more classy. And I prefer [name]Sierra[/name] to [name]Sienna[/name]. Still, not a bad name, though.

[name]Emily[/name] vs. [name]Lily[/name] - [name]Lily[/name] for me! I like [name]Em[/name] names, and I love [name]Emilia[/name], [name]Emma[/name], and [name]Emmeline[/name], but [name]Emily[/name] feels a bit tired to me, and I just adore [name]Lily[/name]! It has strong connections to my faith and my grandmother, which makes me love it even more.

Remarkably I picked option A each time lol!

[name]Imogen[/name] vs [name]Freya[/name] - I’m not really a fan of either but I despise [name]Freya[/name]. It seems ugly and reminds me of Fritos for some reason. I can appreaciate the sweet and quirky side of [name]Imogen[/name].

[name]Ariana[/name] vs [name]Alice[/name] - [name]Alice[/name] is another name I despise but really don’t have a reason too. I love how balanced [name]Ariana[/name] is; feminine and fun yet not too frilly or trendy.

[name]Francesca[/name] vs [name]Cosette[/name] - I love [name]Francesca[/name] because it feels so romantic and I can’t imagine a girl who wouldn’t want to be a [name]Francesca[/name] :). [name]Cosette[/name] is nice enough but it does make me think of cassette…

[name]Sienna[/name] vs [name]Juliet[/name] - I love both honestly. These are the two best names on your list [name]IMO[/name]. They both feel easy to wear, fun and sweet. I do vastly prefer the [name]Siena[/name] spelling though!

[name]Emily[/name] vs [name]Lily[/name] - both are great names. I appreciate [name]Lily[/name] but I’m so tired of hearing it and yet somehow I never get tired of hearing sweet [name]Emily[/name]

[name]Imogen[/name] vs. [name]Freya[/name] - this was tough, because I actually rather dislike both names. Honestly, I flipped a coin.

[name]Ariana[/name] vs. [name]Alice[/name] - like other “ana”/“anna” names, [name]Ariana[/name] feels tired to me.

[name]Francesca[/name] vs. [name]Cosette[/name] - I went to high school with five Francescas in my class alone. Five. It’s one of my best friend’s favorite names, so I may have to get used to #6 in my life one day, but it feels very, very overused. (I also dislike “[name]Frannie[/name]” as a nickname.)

[name]Sienna[/name] vs. [name]Juliet[/name] - no contest, [name]Juliet[/name] all the way. [name]Sienna[/name] reminds me of the girls that made fun of me in junior high. [name]Way[/name] too close to the overused [name]Sierra[/name].

[name]Emily[/name] vs. [name]Lily[/name] - I like both, but I have a much deeper love for [name]Lily[/name].
