[name]Kaia[/name] for me! I absolutely adore it. It sounds like a little fairy’s name to me. So light and airy and sprightly, and I love that it means “pure”–it’s a Scandinavian form of [name]Catherine[/name], I believe. I’ve considered it several times for my own list.
There’s really only one [name]Kaia[/name] combo I love–[name]Kaia[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name]–but it’s probably really filler to others. But since I have a huge thing for [name]Elisabeth[/name], regardless of where it is, I would use it anyway. What about:
Second choice would be [name]Kaia[/name]. I think I prefer that spelling. My friend’s daughter’s name is spelled Kieya, to give you another option, though she’s a fan of “making the name unique by spelling it differently” (she mentioned this is why her son’s name, [name]Kaeden[/name], is unique. Had to bite my tongue, lol).
I think you won’t go wrong with those names.
[name]Alana[/name] is a name that annoys me because I really like it but the fact that it can be said and spelled so many ways is bound to make her life a pain. [name]Every[/name] time she has a new teacher they could say it as A-lan-ah, [name]Alan[/name]-ah. Spelling- [name]Alana[/name], [name]Alanna[/name], [name]Alanah[/name], [name]Alannah[/name]… some folks may even use an E- [name]Elana[/name] etc. An option is [name]Lana[/name]- it may be easier to see/say.
I think [name]Amara[/name] has the same feel but is more likely to have correct prn/ spelling. I voted [name]Amara[/name].
[name]Love[/name] [name]Love[/name] [name]Love[/name] [name]Kaia[/name]… but again could be [name]Kiah[/name], [name]Kyah[/name] ( as pp said- Keiya!!) etc. But at least they will probably say it right.
[name]Sienna[/name]- can’t spell that too much differently unless you get kree8ive. See and say name- but I do like the way [name]Amara[/name] or [name]Kaia[/name] sound.
[name]Mya[/name] is not quite as pretty as the others due to the fact it is rather short. Overall: if you want easy to see and say go [name]Sienna[/name]. If you want pretty go [name]Amara[/name] or [name]Kaia[/name]. If you just love it, go [name]Alana[/name]- but I suggest considering [name]Lana[/name] or [name]Lara[/name]. [name]Mya[/name]- maybe she will look just like a [name]Mya[/name], in which case use it.
I voted for [name]Amara[/name] because it is a pretty name with a beautiful meaning. Also, my niece’s name is [name]Amara[/name]. And she is an awesome kid. The other names I feel are a bit more trendy and not as timeless.
