- [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]
I chose [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] only b/c the nn [name_f]Addie[/name_f] is unattractive to me and very prevalent these days.
I love [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]! It feels very glamorous. It’s on my own list too.
Adeliza
I prefer [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]!!
I love both, but the short and feistiness of [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] wins for me.
[name_f]Zelda[/name_f] would lead to bullying, & strange looks! The character is just too well-known for that… I would have been fine twenty years ago, but not in this day & age! Would YOU like to be named that?! Please do [name_f]Adeliza[/name_f].
@ITheNameaholic Oh, I don’t think [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] would cause bullying or side-eyes or anything like that! As lovely as [name_f]Adeliza[/name_f] is, [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] is more well known, and I know a lot of people like it. I, personally, wouldn’t mind being named [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] at all.
Yes!
Adeliza is girly and cool, though I prefer the spunky [name_f]Zelda[/name_f].
Zelda is wonderful! I get magical, witchy vibes, but also 1920s flapper style – very cool.
I never heard of that game before I joined NB
Adeliza is lovely but I prefer [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]. It sounds so cool and stylish. [name_f]Princess[/name_f] [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] is a beloved character among game fans so I don’t think it’s a negative association.
I voted for Zelda but really I think it would depend on what style you’re going for. Adeliza seems more sweet vintage to me, where Zelda feels much more punchy, spunky vintage
Also (maybe I know to many gamers) but I know quite a few people who considered or named their baby Zelda or Link because of the game and kids these days are used to such a wide variety of names I don’t think that association isn’t going to cause too much of a problem.
I prefer the sound of [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]
