I like [name]Jack[/name] and [name]Maren[/name]. I think [name]Maren[/name] flows the best with [name]Carroll[/name].
[name]Maren[/name] [name]Carroll[/name] is really pretty and I agree that it flows the best of your options, and I think [name]Maren[/name] and [name]Jack[/name] sound really good together.
[name]Maren[/name] [name]Carroll[/name] is absolutely beautiful and lyrical. Taken literally it is like a lullaby of the ocean. I love it!
Thanks for the comments, everyone. Looks like [name]Margot[/name] and [name]Maren[/name] are neck and neck. So nice to be able to discuss the names here before deciding.
I agree with you about [name]Merritt[/name] having too many double consonants to work with [name]Carroll[/name].
[name]Maren[/name] and [name]Carroll[/name] have an internal rhyme, in that they repeat the “ar” sound very prominently.
I think [name]Margot[/name] is perfect. It sounds wonderful with your surname and with [name]Jack[/name], and it’s very glamorous.
I have seen Merit spelt like this. (It is the only Merit I have ever met so can’t say it is standard)!
