[name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] (Original spelling)
[name_f]Rowena[/name_f] (stretch?)
[name_f]Morwena[/name_f]/Morwenna
[name_f]Winola[/name_f]
[name_f]Eowyn[/name_f]

I don’t know if I have a favorite but I’d love for you to comment why you chose what you did! I’m trying to fall in love with one of these options. I know my SO likes [name_f]Rowena[/name_f], but I could convince him of any of these I’m sure. This is just for future list!
Also middle name likely to be one of these three names [name_f]Frances[/name_f]/Norah/Eileen
I voted for [name_f]Eowyn[/name_f] simply because I adore the name and [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] would be such an approachable nickname! [name_f]Eowyn[/name_f] [name_f]Frances[/name_f] is perfect. But [name_f]Rowena[/name_f] and [name_f]Morwenna[/name_f] are lovely as well, and I don’t think [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] is too big a stretch for either!
I think [name_f]Winola[/name_f] is the best full name for [name_f]Winnie[/name_f]/Wyn and voted for it, but [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] is my personal favourite
Same I’m a huge lotr fan and so is my SO but he might be hesitant to use this because of the association. I think he’d let me have it though . [name_f]My[/name_f] best friend goes by [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] which is why I’m searching high and low for a name that fits! I was named after my Moms best friend so I’d like to keep the tradition going.
Lots of these suggestions were from wonderful berries on one of my previous posts!
I love them all except [name_f]Winola[/name_f]. Such a hard choice. I do pronounce [name_f]Rowena[/name_f] like ro-wee-na so that one is the biggest stretch.
I love most of these, but of my favorites ([name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], [name_f]Rowena[/name_f], [name_f]Eowyn[/name_f]) I think [name_f]Rowena[/name_f] makes the most sense. Maybe that’s because I pronounce it ro-win-uh but to me it’s not a stretch at all! That said, the other names I mentioned are all fabulous options (and the others work too they’re just not my taste).
I love [name_f]Winnie[/name_f]! [name_f]Rowena[/name_f] is not my personal favorite, but I think it’s a neat name & the nn [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] doesn’t seem like a stretch at all. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite is [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f], & I much prefer this spelling. It’s so much sleeker. [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] [name_u]Cooper[/name_u]’s full name is [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] (well, maybe [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]…), & I love that association. But I also find [name_f]Eowyn[/name_f] & [name_f]Morwenna[/name_f] to be beautiful & the most interesting. [name_f]Winola[/name_f] is not super pretty in my opinion, but at least it’s different. And on top of all of this rambling, I’ve got a few more suggestions!

Or just plain [name_u]Wynn[/name_u] nn [name_f]Wynnie[/name_f] is cute.
I voted for [name_f]Rowena[/name_f], but my other votes are for [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Morwenna[/name_f]! I love all 3 with the nn [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] or [name_f]Wynnie[/name_f]
I’ve been toying with Meriwen I just know my SO reaction to names that seem smooshed together even though it’s a beautiful and legitimate name!
I’ve loved [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] for over a year but can’t bring myself to keep it on the list since the correct pronunciation is el-[name_u]Owen[/name_u]. Which is beautiful but hard to connect to [name_f]Winnie[/name_f].
I meant to vote for [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f], not [name_f]Rowena[/name_f]. [name_f]My[/name_f] bad! [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] looks so beautiful and fresh.
