Hi again, Berries! So we have another option (facepalm) for our third. We came up with Orlean, as in New Orleans, but not sure about the spelling yet since we’d like to avoid people thinking it’s a girl’s name. Creating another poll since we’re running out of time to register the kiddo (frankly, we’re already late) and polls are usually a better way to gather opinions fast. So…what do you think:

Orlean/ Orlian is just too out there to go with siblings [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] and [name_m]Leon[/name_m]
[name_f]Orlean[/name_f] is a bit too similar in sound to [name_m]Leon[/name_m] for me. [name_u]Oliver[/name_u] fits best
I prefer Orlian / [name_f]Orlean[/name_f] ! I think it’s more original
I like [name_u]Oliver[/name_u] too tho
What about [name_m]Orlando[/name_m]? It’s very similar to Orlian / [name_f]Orlean[/name_f] and I think it goes great with [name_m]Leon[/name_m] and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]
Could also be [name_u]Ocean[/name_u] (definitely my fav!), [name_m]Orlin[/name_m], [name_m]Orin[/name_m], [name_m]Oren[/name_m], [name_m]Oshin[/name_m], [name_m]Osmin[/name_m], [name_u]Osian[/name_u] or [name_u]Orion[/name_u]

plus some of the nicknames are [name_f]Orly[/name_f], [name_f]Orli[/name_f] and [name_m]Orlan[/name_m] so very similar to Orlian / [name_f]Orlean[/name_f]
orlian sounds a lot like leon to me brothers in my opinion! i also think it would get mispronounced as or-lion or instead or orlean! it’s a great name but maybe not with your kids names. i also second the suggestion of orlando!!
Of the two, I like [name_u]Oliver[/name_u] with [name_m]Leon[/name_m] and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]. They share a strong, simple, Euro-chic appeal.
But [name_m]Orlando[/name_m] is a great suggestion if you want something a little more unusual!
There’s also [name_m]Olin[/name_m] or [name_m]Oren[/name_m], both simple and masculine but not overused.
I prefer the spelling of Orlean or Orlin.
I do agree Orlian sounds similar to Leon.
