I think a name ending with a consonant sound works best with first name [name]Adeline[/name], which also ends with a consonant. [name]Charlotte[/name] is a good style match.

I understand the importance of honoring your grandmothers, but I don’t think either [name]Betty[/name] or [name]Irene[/name] works well. Stylistically they are a poor match. However, if you changed [name]Betty[/name] to one of the other [name]Elizabeth[/name] derivatives, I would be totally on board. I love [name]Adeline[/name] [name]Elise[/name].
