I love [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]Hartley[/name_u]. I love the idea of using the mother’s maiden name as baby’s middle name. I also prefer [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] over [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] but I love the name [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_u]Hartley[/name_u] flows if you wanted to find a way to still retain [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and be able to use [name_u]Hartley[/name_u]. Best wishes!

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] [name_f]Merrilyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]Hartley[/name_u] sound beautiful as sisters. I also love the suggestion of [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_u]Hartley[/name_u]. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] make a beautiful sister set also.

I am torn with this one. My initial instinct was to vote for [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_u]Hartley[/name_u]–which I think is great, as long as the E in your last name isn’t a long ‘ee’ sound. I think [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] are very cute together, and I like the use of the maiden name. But then, [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] is so fun & sweet, it’s hard to pass up! Still debating…

With sister [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and with a last name E…s I’d go with [name_f]Amelia[/name_f].
I think [name_u]Hartley[/name_u], especially since it’s your surname, is really great with [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]

[name_m]Both[/name_m] are gorgeous! I voted [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] simply because it is a bit more unexpected and I prefer [name_f]Joy[/name_f] to [name_u]Hartley[/name_u]. However, I love [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]!

thanks for the tip on using [name_f]Rose[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]. I had planned on calling her [name_f]Rose[/name_f] anyways, I’ll have to run it by the hubby…

I think the reason I haven’t been sold on [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] yet is because I feel like its “trying too hard?” and I know she will only get called [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] by everyone so having a [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and a [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] seems too cutesie …

the only reason I haven’t been sold on [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is because of the rising popularity. It was on our list when we chose [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] so the fact that I still love it should tell me something … its just become much more popular at least on Nameberry …

I like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] with [name_f]Lucy[/name_f].

I honestly can’t choose one, they are both beautiful names!

If you’re unsure about [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] due to popularity, how about [name_f]Amelie[/name_f]?
