I like [name]Juliette[/name] the best, and voted for that, but I think my vote could change depending on what your sons names are. [name]Victoria[/name] is so classic and timeless and a bit button-up… [name]Juliette[/name] is artsy, sweet, smart, and charming. [name]Caterina[/name] is fiery and strong and smart and maybe a bit regal.
[name]Juliette[/name] - just prefer this on a whole. It’s so charming and captivating, and I love its nns, particularly [name]Etta[/name], [name]Julia[/name]/[name]Jules[/name], [name]Lettie[/name], and Juju. I’m not a huge [name]Julie[/name] person which is where my slight aversion to this comes from. Still, it’s such a winner and I adore the idea of [name]Juliette[/name] [name]Victoria[/name] (or [name]Juliette[/name] [name]Isabella[/name]–you’ve been tossing that around, right?).
[name]Caterina[/name] - my only hesitation to this is its spelling (personally prefer [name]Catherina[/name]/[name]Catharina[/name] and [name]Katerina[/name], but I’m guessing those would be less true to your heritage? I think those are closer to the [name]German[/name] spectrum of the name) and that it’s a bit too fiery for me. I’m more of a fan of sweet names, but [name]Caterina[/name] is definitely soft and girly. The option of [name]Cate[/name] as a nn is what draws me to this, I think [name]Cate[/name] is just adorable.
[name]Victoria[/name] - I’ve never really been a fan of it but I respect its history and strength. Some of its nns are rather nice. 
I really like both [name]Victoria[/name] and [name]Caterina[/name] as MNs for [name]Juliette[/name]…

My favorite is [name]Juliette[/name], followed by [name]Victoria[/name], and then [name]Caterina[/name]. I think they are all beautiful names.

I love both [name]Victoria[/name] and [name]Juliette[/name]. [name]Victoria[/name] seems a little bit spunkier to me so I would go with that. [name]Juliette[/name] is lovely to though and it has a lot more NNs! I think a [name]Victoria[/name] would be very fun and down to earth and a [name]Juliette[/name] would be girly and frilly princess type
I agree with @farminmomma! I love both [name]Victoria[/name] and [name]Juliette[/name] but I really cannot pick between them
Oh, that does not make it any easier! I think all three names sound fabulous with [name]Lino[/name] and [name]Lucas[/name]! I think I still stand by [name]Juliette[/name], though. It’s so sweet and I have this weird theory about picking a girls’ name after several boys… To me it seems like it has to be sweet, fit stylistically with her brothers, adorable, timeless, charming, very distinctive. To me, [name]Juliette[/name] is all of those things! [name]Victoria[/name] and [name]Caterina[/name] are lovely, but [name]Victoria[/name] isn’t sweet enough and [name]Caterina[/name] is too strong/fiery (although maybe she could use that with two big brothers!).
You don’t have to listen to my weird theory, haha, it’s mostly intuitive, anyway, but I still think [name]Juliette[/name] is utterly perfect!

Being that you guys are Spanish/Italian (which by the way is the same mix for us :D) I went with [name]Caterina[/name]. I like [name]Juliette[/name] but, its nor Spanish or Italian. Which idk if it matters but, you brought it up so i assumed it did. Good [name]Luck[/name]
Once you said the boys’ names were [name]Lino[/name] and [name]Lucas[/name], I agree with [name]Ash[/name]-- [name]Juliette[/name] is the best match. I like [name]Victoria[/name] and [name]Caterina[/name] though too.
