Best flow and more original, especially because [name]Smith[/name] is a frequently heard last name.
Also I like the meaning of [name]Annabel[/name] and the nicknames you would use.

[name]Annabel[/name] because of [name]Charlotte[/name], NC & [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Hall[/name], MD…I just can’t hear the name [name]Charlotte[/name] without thinking of a town.

I adore [name]Charlotte[/name] but with [name]Smith[/name] as a LN it makes for a rather predictable name. [name]Annabel[/name] is spunkier, I do love it.

[name]Both[/name] names are wonderful, but I think you made the right choice picking the less common of the two names to go with [name]Smith[/name].
