They all read as “may-va” to me, but my favourite spelling is [name_f]Maeva[/name_f]

Maeva is my favorite, but Mayva reads may-va as well. Meiva looks like mee-va too me, and [name_f]Maiva[/name_f] could be read as my-va.

Definitely [name_f]Maeva[/name_f]! I’d probably go with my-va for [name_f]Maiva[/name_f] and mee-va for Meiva.
