Lately [name_u]Seth[/name_u] has been my name crush. I was so excited to have found a name that is soft without having an L in the middle, and an N at the end. It excited me and gave me little butterflies. All the makings of a perfect name…
…until I realized that it could never work with an older brother [name_m]Jeff[/name_m], the non-negotatiable name. ::deflate::
I’ve been so discouraged trying to round out my XY list, and I was so excited to find [name_u]Seth[/name_u] wormed in my book.
I guess there’s no point to this post. I’m always open for suggestions for names, though.
Yes, [name_u]Seth[/name_u] and [name_m]Jeff[/name_m] are a bit close. It’s always a bummer to find a name you love and it just doesn’t work. I love [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], but with an [name_m]Asher[/name_m]… no.
Some softer boys’ names, just to try and see if I can cheer you up (:))…
Aww. [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t you hate when that happens? [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] has been my top name for what seems like forever… and several years ago I fell for [name_f]Ella[/name_f]. I thought she was perfect. I was completely enamored. And then I realized that I could never have a [name_f]Bella[/name_f] and an [name_f]Ella[/name_f]. le sigh. It’s so disheartening.
What about [name_u]Seth[/name_u] as a middle name? Could you do something like [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_u]Seth[/name_u], or [name_m]George[/name_m] [name_u]Seth[/name_u]?
I have that feeling quite often! It must be the softness in both [name_m]Jeff[/name_m] and [name_u]Seth[/name_u] that you are drawn to.
My non-negotiable is [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], but I also love [name_f]Elsa[/name_f], [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] and [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f] too close.
