Popularity of Finian?

My husband and I both have liked [name_m]Finian[/name_m]/[name_m]Finnian[/name_m], but never seriously put it on our list because we know several little kids named [name_u]Finn[/name_u], [name_u]Finley[/name_u], [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m], etc. Our last name is very common, so it’s a major priority for me to avoid names that are too common, but now I wonder if I’m overthinking it. I’m obsessive about the Social Security data and state-by-state information, so I know the stats. But I’m just curious about your impression of its popularity, especially in the U.S.

[name_f]Do[/name_f] [name_u]Finley[/name_u] and [name_m]Finnigan[/name_m] go by [name_u]Finn[/name_u] too? Where I am I hear those two a lot, but then they’re all called [name_u]Finn[/name_u]. I don’t hear the long forms too often. I like [name_m]Finian[/name_m] too!
