Last night, for the first time since we found out we’re expecting, I think we agreed on a potential name:
[name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
I’ve studied names professionally for over 6 yrs, but the stakes feel much higher now. Thoughts on our choice? Any potential pitfalls? Our last name is a single syllable starting with B.
I like it. I think it’s very sweet! [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] B___ has a very nice sound to it! [name_f]Do[/name_f] you mind her initials spelling out web? I wouldn’t have a problem with it, but I know some people don’t like using initials that spell out words. Over all, [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] B____ is wonderful!
I did think about that, but I’m not too worried. If it spelled out something odd, crude, or embarrassing I would definitely rethink it. As it is, I figure [name_m]WEB[/name_m] is pretty harmless.
To be honest, I love [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] but I’m not a fan of [name_f]Willa[/name_f]. Also, I feel like [name_f]Willa[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is a bit L heavy and the ending of [name_f]Willa[/name_f] and the beginning of [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] are a bit too close in sound.
