My daughter is not quite four months old so a second baby is still far off. BUT we’ve had our boy name picked out for years - [name_m]Tucker[/name_m] [name_m]Ross[/name_m]. I’d like to start thinking about another girl name.
My daughter is [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and she is named after our grandmothers. For a future little girl I’m thinking about [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_u]Bryn[/name_u]. [name_u]Bryn[/name_u] is after my dad whose middle name is [name_m]Bryan[/name_m] and was his dads middle name and his grandpa name.
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_u]Bryn[/name_u]. What are your thoughts ?
I think they go wonderfully together! [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] are some of my favorite names and would make darling sisters.
I love it! It’s meaningful and beautiful. If you’re worried about [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] being too fancy, you can call her [name_f]Evie[/name_f]. [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] and [name_f]Evie[/name_f] sound really sweet together. I don’t agree that it’s too fancy paired with [name_f]Hazel[/name_f], though.
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], [name_m]Tucker[/name_m] [name_m]Ross[/name_m] and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_u]Bryn[/name_u]… sounds like a plan!
I think it’s great that you’re planning ahead.
Thanks @care Seeing someone else write them out just made my heart swoon a little bit !!
And I will say that having Hazel’s name decided before hand was a huge help. I don’t want to have to decide on a name while in the hospital. More power to the ladies who do though !
