Sounds like indigestion, lol! The only way you are going to know is if you take a pregnancy test. A lot of symptoms don’t occur till after 4-5 weeks. And even then they often mimic PMS, so it’s not a guarantee.
However, my first symptoms was abdominal pain, different from a period cramp, and really sore boobs.
