[name_m]Preston[/name_m] seems preppy to me, while [name_u]Tristan[/name_u] is more romantic thanks to its association with mythology. I prefer it over [name_m]Preston[/name_m], though both are good, solid names.
[name_m]Preston[/name_m] sounds like a stuck-up rich boy. It also reminds me of [name_u]Lee[/name_u]'s [name_m]Press[/name_m]-On Nails my late [name_f]Nana[/name_f] wore (we found them for years after in her rose garden!).
[name_u]Tristan[/name_u] is dark and romantic and impassioned and artistic and I much prefer him.
