I’ve always pronounced [name]Rosalind[/name] as “RAH-zuh-lind” with the “d” barely heard (aka late actress [name]Rosalind[/name] [name]Russell[/name]).

I think [name]Rose[/name]-a-lind is prettiest, but am pretty sure [name]Roz[/name]-a-lind is much more standard. That’s how it’s usually pronounced in the [name]Shakespeare[/name] play that uses it.

That is my least favorite thing about the name [name]Rosalind[/name]. I dislike the nn [name]Roz[/name].
If you like a soft s, then I think you should use a double barrel name: [name]Rosa[/name] [name]Lynn[/name].
