I’ve always pronounced this name YER-ee, but according to NB it’s YOO-ree. Which is right?

It’s YOO-ree but I wouldn’t be surprised to hear YER-ee in [name_u]America[/name_u].

I think the name is yoo-ree, but the noun is yur (like your)-ee (yuri is a genre of manga that involves lesbians)

Gosh, I’m from the US, & I’ve always pronounced it - Yuhr-ee. ??
