I pronounce it tal-yuh like the end of [name]Natalia[/name].
I agree with the above comments, however, if you liked [name]Taylor[/name] for example, I’ve seen it spelt Taila. Which for me is really confusing as I automatically see it as an alternate spelling of [name]Tahlia[/name].
I pronounce it tahl-lee-uh.
[name]Tahl[/name]-yuh is the only way I’ve heard it pronounced.
[name]Tally[/name]-uh or Tar-ly-uh are the two ways I’ve heard it, silent ‘h’ in both.
