I pronounce Ys- like Iz-, and Is- like Ees- or Iz-. Out of all the spellings I think Islune would be pronounced Iz-loon or Ees-loon.

I did initially thought Islune would be eye-loon and Yslune ees-loon, so I guess Yslune would work best for me. But I also think that spelling it Islune is totally doable. It’ll just take a few corrections now and again.
