Pronunciation

[name_u]Ash[/name_u]-lyn and Aynz-lee. Would be my go to pronunciations. I have a soft spot for [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u], of the two.

I would pronounce [name_f]Aislinn[/name_f] ash-lyn and [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u] aynz-lee as well.

ash-lyn and aynz-lee

[name_f]Ashlyn[/name_f]
Aynz-lee.

I’d say [name_f]Aislinn[/name_f] as [name_f]Ashlyn[/name_f] because I know that’s how it said but I’d assume a lot of people would say it incorrectly [name_m]IRL[/name_m]. [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u] I’d say “aynz-lee”

[name_f]Aislyn[/name_f]: [name_m]Ace[/name_m]-lyn
[name_u]Ainsley[/name_u]: aynz-lee

I’d say [name_u]Ash[/name_u]-[name_f]Lin[/name_f] and Aynz-lee.

I know a girl called [name_f]Aislinn[/name_f] and it’s pronounced Ays-[name_u]Lynn[/name_u].

[name_f]Ashlyn[/name_f] and [name_u]Aynsley[/name_u].
I actually wish [name_f]Aislinn[/name_f] was pronounced A-lyn because I think that’s a lovely name and I love the Ai spelling, but oh well

The only one I ever met was pronounced this way, so I just assumed that was the norm. So glad I asked this question here, because I am finding out it definitely is NOT!

Thanks for the answers, everyone!

[name_f]Aislinn[/name_f] - [name_u]ASH[/name_u]-ling (with a very soft G sound at the end, which I understand to be correct in Irish)
[name_u]Ainsley[/name_u] - AYNS-lee
