I’m adopting a puppy and need some help with name ideas. Family tradition dictates that pets be named after drinks (in a subtle way).
The family has already had

Obviously these weren’t all my pets but still I’ve known all of them well and wouldn’t feel comfortable repeating. Mainly my problem is that it turns out I’m getting a girl and all the names I had on the list I’d been coming up with were boy names.
Anyone have any thoughts on drink related names with totally unrelated normal nicknames I can call my dog by day to day?

Hey I know this was a year ago but I realized I never updated everyone after I got my dog. Thanks for all your suggestions. I ended up going with Reyka Vodka but I call her [name_u]Rey[/name_u] most of the time. She also goes by [name_u]Rey[/name_u]-[name_u]Rey[/name_u] or [name_u]Baby[/name_u] [name_u]Rey[/name_u] and it really suits her.
Ooh, that’s cute. I was going to suggest [name_f]Nessie[/name_f] for [name_f]Hennessy[/name_f] before I saw it was an old thread, maybe you can keep that one in mind if you get another dog
