Qar reminds me of Qatar currency, Qatari riyal. Mhr appears to be an acronym for a video game called Monster Hunter Rise. I wouldn’t have thought of these at first glance though, so it should be fine.

I’m not aware of these initials meaning anything. I wouldn’t worry about initials unless it’s something very obvious.
