I don’t think so! I would assume you picked another S-name on purpose because you wanted them to be matchy, but it’s not a problem. I could only see it being an issue if you plan on having another child and you believe that you may feel pressured to continue the S theme? If not, I think it’s fine!

Like others have said, I might assume you chose all S names intentionally but I wouldn’t find it weird / too much?
