Definitely a name for all ages; both names are very classic but [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] feels a lot more mature / less youthful - I can’t really see it on a child. Without nicknames, [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] also feels a lot more buttoned-up, however, nicknames [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and [name_f]Kat[/name_f] feel more versatile than [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] or [name_f]Lottie[/name_f].

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is easy to picture on an adult  I know several adult Charlottes!

I prefer [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] personally - it has a more elegant sound while still being strong. Also, [name_f]Lottie[/name_f], [name_m]Otto[/name_m] and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] are cute nn

I know multiple women named [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]! One who goes by [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] and the rest go by [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]. Works well for all ages!

I prefer [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] (in full and with nn) over [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], but that is just my own personal opinion. Both are classic, timeless names.
