[name]Neuman[/name] is a [name]German[/name] name so imo [name]Otto[/name] [name]Neuman[/name] works but where I live the garbage bins are called [name]Otto[/name] bins so it is a no no.

I think a [name]Matthew[/name] name would be best [name]Matthias[/name] [name]Neuman[/name] I don’t think the Italian [name]Matteo[/name] works

I can’t get on board with the other suggestions.

I really like [name]Matteo[/name]. My ex says [name]Matthias[/name] is a no.

[name]Shame[/name] [name]Matthias[/name] won’t fit. I met a delightful [name]Matthias[/name] in Latvia this year.

I voted for [name]Stanley[/name]/[name]Stan[/name]. I don’t understand [name]Hopper[/name]/Hoppy and I fear that a boy with this name could face ridicule.
