Rabbit Fantasy

One day you go for a walk in the Enchanted [name]Forest[/name] where everybody’s dreams come true! You meet a beautiful, sparkling fairy. She says, “What is your greatest wish?”
You say, “To have a whole bunch of children!” So she waves her rainbow-colored wand over the top of your head three times and turns you into a rabbit. You are a very pretty golden-colored rabbit with bright eyes and frisky little paws.
Suddenly a very handsome grayish blue male rabbit appears who becomes your husband. You set up a household with him in a deserted rabbit hole. Name your first family of little bunnies and tell us what each of them looks like:

LOL, [name]Susan[/name]! Well, these bunnies were very bright, and shortly after taking their first breaths, they established firm naming rules:

  1. The bunnies refused to be given any trendy names, as they instinctively knew such names were the opposite of classy. One bunny shared that while still in the womb, she had nightmares about being named anything ending in -lee or -lynn, or any non-classic name in the top 100. (She and the others were fine will all classic and vintage names, regardless of ranking.)

  2. The bunnies refused to be named anything dated, because they knew they’d feel out of place amongst the other bunnies.

  3. The bunnies refused to be named anything “made up,” because, well, they knew that practice was beyond tacky.

  4. The bunnies insisted that they not be given any misspelled names, because in addition to not wanting to go through life with names that looked like typos, they didn’t want to have to correct the spelling of every other bunny in the kingdom.

Bunnies:
[name]Beatrix[/name] [name]Jane[/name]: Very smart and funny, and is an accomplished dancer (specialty: [name]Bunny[/name] Hop).

[name]Oliver[/name] [name]Henry[/name]: Very intelligent, and is allergic to bees…

[name]Eloise[/name] [name]May[/name]: She loves eating carrots and flowers, and is lactose intolerant.

[name]Edward[/name] [name]James[/name]: [name]Edward[/name] is a deep thinker, and spends his days pondering why so many bunnies love trendy names. He’s in the process of forming an educational naming site to spare future bunnies from a life of mediocre and outdated naming practices.

[name]Juliet[/name] [name]Rosalind[/name]: [name]Juliet[/name] is also bright, and spends her afternoons tutoring bunnies named [name]Ashlee[/name], [name]Caylee[/name], [name]Madison[/name], Addysynne, [name]Kaylynn[/name], and [name]Makenzie[/name].

Loved your post, [name]Jill[/name]!
Now I will name a little bunny family:
Daddy [name]Bunny[/name]- bluish gray, named [name]Bishop[/name], is a Presbyterian minister. Wears wool slacks whenever he is outdoors.
Mommy [name]Bunny[/name]- golden, named [name]Hope[/name], loves to garden and writes little devotionals with pansies and waterfalls on the covers of the little booklets.
Oldest brother bunny- golden and white spots, named Hop-a-long, plays the harmonica.
Oldest sister bunny- white, named Hopscotch, loves to play hopscotch.
Middle brother bunny- bluish gray, named [name]Bishop[/name] [name]Jr[/name]., skateboards.
Middle sister bunny- golden, white and black, named Hopzibah, secretly smokes little cigars in the next door garden!
Youngest brother bunny- bluish gray with a white nose, named Hopsy Turvy, enjoys setting off firecrackers.
Youngest sister bunny- golden with white chest and paws, named Hoppy-Go-Lightly, loves to have a tea party. Aspires to either live in Manhattan or [name]Brazil[/name] one day.

The Rabbit family live in a big park next to a pretty old house with a hedge and a vege garden and little twin girls who like to look for the rabbits in the park.

Mummy rabbit is named after me ([name]Amy[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]) so she is [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]. She likes to brush her fur and come up with new exciting ways to cook carrots for her big family.

Daddy rabbit is Sir [name]Franklin[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]. He isn’t actually a sir, he just thinks it makes his name sound better. He was a soldier in the vegetable garden war against the little twins’ pet guinea pigs. He doesn’t let anyone forget that if it wasn’t for him there wouldn’t be and carrots to eat.

The oldest rabbit children are two girls and a boy. Unfortunately mummy and daddy rabbit were inexperienced namers when these babies were born and named them [name]Ashly[/name], [name]Kayla[/name] and [name]Jayden[/name]. Luckily for the baby rabbits they were given family middle names and now go by these names - [name]Elizabeth[/name] nn [name]Beth[/name], [name]Alice[/name] and [name]George[/name].

The next rabbit children are two boys who were named [name]Franklin[/name] and [name]Alexander[/name] after their daddy. [name]Frankie[/name] and [name]Alex[/name] think it is great fun to try sneak into the big house, past the guard cat called Dragon. Of course their mother doesn’t know they do this, she thinks they spend all day playing in the hedge.

[name]Hector[/name], [name]Oliver[/name], [name]James[/name] nn [name]Jimmie[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name] nn [name]Nellie[/name] are next, these little bunnies have a secret clubhouse in an old hollow tree where they hoard anything they can get their paws on, especially food (carrots and berries are their favourites!)

Last of all is little [name]Beatrix[/name] [name]Clover[/name], named after mummy’s favourite author and daddy’s favourite food. She’s still to young to leave the burrow and spends her days sitting on the kitchen bench helping her mummy cook.

This was so much fun. [:

[name]Elijah[/name] [name]Shane[/name]- he is an athletic and caring bunny.
[name]Amelia[/name] [name]Grace[/name]- she is cute but shy.

This looked awesome! Sorry to bring it up after so long. :stuck_out_tongue:

Daddy Rabbit: [name]Walter[/name] [name]George[/name], grayish blue, he works in the windmill at the bottom of the hill their house is on. Spends his time at home relaxing with his wife, looking after the children and gardening in their carrot patch. Loves to cook.

Mummy Rabbit: [name]Rebecca[/name] [name]Jayne[/name] (it’s me!), golden, runs a small daycare on top of the hill with friend [name]Caitlin[/name] [name]Marie[/name]. Her hours are only 10-2, so she always has time to send her older children off to school. Loves baby names.

Oldest child: [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Michael[/name], grayish blue like his Daddy. Enjoys looking after his siblings for his parents, and since a young age has helped with the cleaning on weekends. Has his first girlfriend, [name]Moira[/name] [name]Natalie[/name]. Likes to read.

Second child: [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Jayne[/name], grayish blue. Named after Mummy, she loves to run around with her twin and their friends. Always reluctant to help out babysitting, but would never miss Grandma [name]Miriam[/name]'s family dinners.

Third child: [name]Margaret[/name] [name]Ruth[/name], golden. Obviously fraternal twins, but you’d never know it to see them with each other. [name]Margaret[/name] always follows [name]Elizabeth[/name] about, hopping to and from school quickly. Can never decide between the nicknames [name]Ruthie[/name] and [name]Peggy[/name].

Fourth child: [name]Tobias[/name] [name]Henry[/name], grayish blue. [name]Just[/name] starting school this month, [name]Toby[/name] is a shy boy with a great attitude towards others. Always kind and polite, he has a devilish mischievous streak once he gets comfortable. Idolises [name]Ben[/name].

Fifth child: [name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Irene[/name], golden. Loves to cook like her Daddy, but spends more time with Mummy; either on the nearest surface watching her tidy up after the twins, or in her daycare. However, she always rushes on unsteady feet to hug her Daddy’s leg when he gets home.

Hmm…

  1. [name_u]Shiloh[/name_u] [name_f]Jeune[/name_f] - A golden bunny with a white patch on her nose. Less rowdy than the others and very responsible and sweet.
  2. Wendelline [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] - A blue bunny, surprisingly plain. She’s her father’s favorite, and has a flair for the dramatic.
  3. [name_m]Beau[/name_m] [name_m]Adam[/name_m] - A blue bunny with long ears. He’s a fiendishly charming hard worker.
  4. [name_u]Owen[/name_u] [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] - A blue-and-white bunny with small paws. He likes to hop around and protect others.
  5. [name_f]Begonia[/name_f] [name_u]Aiden[/name_u] - A golden bunny. She’s her mother’s favorite, always at her mother’s side, and loves to cook. Or more exactly, nibble at leftover carrot leaves!

Oh this was so adorable.
