Cameron [name_u]Diaz[/name_u] named her daughter this. Thoughts? I think it’s awful. Wondering if people feel the same or differently.

I don’t feel any particular way about it. I’ve heard worse names :thinking: When I first heard her baby’s name tho I definitely misheard it and thought she named her kid Radish :joy:

I prefer [name_u]Maddox[/name_u] and [name_m]Radley[/name_m]. [name_f]Raddix[/name_f] sounds too strange and like Radish to me. It also sounds really masculine to me.

Like @leafsgirl44 said, it sounds too much like radish, and it seems like an attempt to make up a cool name, that kinda failed.

Yes I think it’s awful too. It sounds like the following

  1. A playstation character like crash bandicoot’s love interest lmao.
  2. A type of cleaning product, specifically window cleaner.
  3. A type of ointment to alleviate a rash.

As you can see I am not a fan.

It will quickly be dated & has a very trendy feel to it. Also quite literal — Probably worse than [name_m]Favorite[/name_m] as a name. NMSAAAA.

To me it sounds like a combination of rad (as in radical) and a rude word. It’s not my thing and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Its not to my tastes, but as far as ive heard it was quite meaningful to [name_u]Cameron[/name_u] and [name_m]Benji[/name_m]. Also, imagine your nickname being rad! Thats pretty cool :sunglasses:

Just sounds like Radish to me. I don’t really feel any way about it though. It’s different.

Reminds me of the the DBZ villain. But rock stars name their kids extreme XYZ kinda names. It’s not like this kid will ever be an accountant after all.
