Raffaella or [name]Rafaela[/name] look the most streamlined and organised to me, personally, but as all are legitimate (as far as I am aware) it doesn’t matter too much.

[name]Just[/name] in case it’s at all appealing–I wanted to mention that I once met a woman whose name was [name]Raphaelle[/name] (no ‘a’ at the end). I remember just thinking that was a wonderful name for a girl–I loved it. (She was French.)
