Any thoughts on the name [name_f]Alora[/name_f]?
I found it on Google and it said it was the rarest girl name. I wanted to know some of your opinions.
Alora is cute, though not my personal style. I would be hesitant to believe Google on it being the “rarest girl name” as many websites and posts including “rare” names are not as accurate, though name rarity/popularity really comes down to the specific country.
According to the Nameberry database entry, Alora ranked #601 in the US during 2020.
I know one so I don’t know if I believe Google on that matter, but it’s a nice name. I remember her having some spelling issues and in speaking with clients over the phone, I could definitely see it being heard as [name_f]Laura[/name_f].
Overall, it’s nice and I don’t think it’s too difficult for most to say. I wouldn’t use it personally but it wouldn’t raise any eyebrows to me if someone around me used it
I’m sure there are rarer names, considering you could name your kid “Staircase” if you wanted. But it is a nice name.
I don’t think it’s got enough oomph for me! It’s pretty but doesn’t feel like anything special. I might actually be tempted to go with [name_f]Alaura[/name_f] as the spelling if I was to choose it though
I know someone with a teenage daughter named [name_f]Alora[/name_f]! haha. I really like it.
Staircase? I might take that into consideration!
It was the first non-name thing that came to mind.
It’s absolutely not the rarest name, but it’s very nice, I like it! Reminds me of [name_f]Princess[/name_f] [name_f]Adora[/name_f]
I think it reminds me of [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]
I don’t mind the name [name_f]Alora[/name_f], but I definitely don’t buy that it is super rare. I watched a friend’s daughter this morning named [name_f]Alora[/name_f]. I also know another girl with the name.
