Rate each baby name and think of middle names?

soo im pregnant and i dont know if my babys gonna b a boy or a girl yet. i already picked out a bunch of baby names:

Rate each baby name on a scale from 1-10 and think of middle names 2 go with them.

I can’t think of any middle names 2 go with these, and btw the last name is Haupert.

Sorry but all the girls names are spelled wrong, boys names, or just terrible.

These are the only ones I like from your boys list
[name]Jake[/name] - 5 - okay, just used a lot recently
[name]Seth[/name] - 8 - I like [name]Seth[/name] a lot.
[name]Shane[/name] - 4

Of your girl names I like [name]Taylor[/name] and [name]Kayla[/name]. [name]Both[/name] of them are easy to say and easy to spell. Some of your girl names I would like if they were spelled correctly. For example, if you spelled Briyanna just [name]Brianna[/name], I would think it’s absolutely beautiful. Same thing with [name]Brittani[/name], how about [name]Brittany[/name]?

Of the boy names I like [name]Seth[/name], [name]Jake[/name], [name]Ryder[/name], and [name]Shane[/name] the best.
I would like [name]Konnor[/name] if it was spelled with a C instead of a K, [name]Brandyn[/name] if it was [name]Brandon[/name], [name]Brodey[/name] if it was [name]Brody[/name] ([name]Brody[/name] is actually one of my guilty pleasure names, love it, but dh does not like it!)

Good luck!

5- [name]Kayla[/name]
4- [name]Chanel[/name], [name]Charisma[/name], [name]Alondra[/name], [name]Brinley[/name], [name]Anaya[/name], [name]Taylor[/name]
3- [name]Shayne[/name], [name]Ryann[/name], [name]Brittani[/name]
2- Starlynn
1- Kynzie, [name]Symantha[/name], Alixx
0- Kharley, Cianni, Briyanna, Khyli

10- [name]Seth[/name]! [name]Reilly[/name]!
9- [name]Jake[/name]
8- [name]Alex[/name]
7- [name]Zack[/name], [name]Shane[/name]
6- [name]Brayden[/name]
5- [name]Konnor[/name], [name]Izaak[/name], [name]Brodey[/name], [name]Ayden[/name], [name]Izaiah[/name]
4- [name]Allyn[/name]
3- [name]Kayden[/name], [name]Andi[/name], [name]Brandyn[/name]
2- [name]Ryder[/name], [name]Jadyn[/name]
1- [name]Blaike[/name] (though I really like [name]Blake[/name]),
0- [name]Mykel[/name], [name]Rhyan[/name], [name]Jock[/name]

[name]Kayla[/name] [name]Anaya[/name]
[name]Anaya[/name] [name]Charisma[/name]

[name]Reilly[/name] [name]Seth[/name]- SO HANDSOME!

I really think you should consider more traditional spellings. I know it seems fun and unique, but really, it will always be a hassle for both you and your child. I’ve never met anyone with a unique spelled name that didn’t consider it to be a burden and even know two who write their names the more accepted way, even without legally changing them.

Spelling aside, I think that [name]Samantha[/name] is quite beautiful and it “grows” a lot better than the others. [name]Brittany[/name] and [name]Brianna[/name] are also decent choices, though I’ve always found them hard to picture on adult women.

[name]Conner[/name], [name]Isaiah[/name], or [name]Isaac[/name] from your boys’ list are my favorites, though I’ve seen a recent surge in the interest in [name]Rider[/name], which isn’t my personal style, but I do find it cute.

I’m assuming the higher the score the better

[name]Brinley[/name]-eh about a 4. It’s ok
Kharley- 1, this looks very made up. If you want to use it, please spell it [name]Carly[/name]
[name]Anaya[/name]- 5, much better, but not my style
Alixx- 1, this name is trying to hard to be cool. [name]How[/name] about [name]Alice[/name] or [name]Alex[/name]
[name]Taylor[/name]- 3, it’s overused, but at least it’s not made up
[name]Shayne[/name]- 2, this is to guy to be unisex for me
[name]Ryann[/name]- 2, once again too boyish. At leas spell it ryan
Kynzie- 2, cute on a little girl, it might be hard to grow into. Can you picture an adult and grandmother Kynzie. Maybe as a nn.
[name]Chanel[/name]- 1, I find branding distasteful
[name]Brittani[/name]-1, this spelling looks kind of trashy. At least spell it [name]Brittany[/name], or how about [name]Britta[/name]
[name]Charisma[/name]- 1, maybe as a middle name, but not as a first
[name]Alondra[/name]- 2, it’s ok
[name]Symantha[/name]- 1 if spelled like this, 5 if spelled samantha
Cianni- 1, this looks made up and would create pronunciation problems
Briyanna- 1, [name]Brianna[/name] or something spelled in a legitimate way would be very pretty, at like a 6 or 7. kre8tive spellings are’nt classy.
[name]Kayla[/name]- 2, this is associated with the lower class. [name]How[/name] about [name]Kaya[/name] or [name]Kate[/name]?
Khyli- 1, [name]Kylie[/name] is already trendy, let’s not make it worse
Starlynn- 1, [name]Just[/name] no, this is a stripper name and this child will be made fun of.

For girls I advise [name]Alice[/name], [name]Brianna[/name], [name]Carly[/name], [name]Britta[/name], or [name]Kaya[/name]
[name]How[/name] about: [name]Alice[/name] [name]Bea[/name], [name]Brianna[/name] [name]Kate[/name], [name]Carly[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name], [name]Britta[/name] [name]Penelope[/name], or [name]Kaya[/name] [name]Solenne[/name]

[name]Brandyn[/name]-3, branden gets a 5
[name]Konnor[/name]- 1, connor gets a 7
[name]Izaiah[/name]-1, [name]Isaiah[/name] gets a 8
[name]Jock[/name] -2, I know a guy named Jocson, how about that with the nn Joc
[name]Brayden[/name]- 3, eh, ok, it’s super trendy
[name]Zack[/name]- 5
[name]Rhyan[/name]-1, spelled ryan, 6
[name]Izaac[/name] -1, I love the name isaac though, that would get a 8 or 9
[name]Jake[/name]- 6
[name]Alex[/name]- 7
[name]Mykel[/name] -3
[name]Seth[/name] - 5
[name]Jadyn[/name] -1, please don’t there are already an over abundance of -aden/-adyn names out there
[name]Reilly[/name] - 1, no, this is feminized, spell it riley or in another, more masculine way
[name]Shane[/name] - 7
[name]Allyn[/name]- 1, spelled like this, it looks girly. [name]Allen[/name] is very dignified and gets a 8
[name]Ayden[/name]- see [name]Jayden[/name]
[name]Andi[/name]- this looks very girly, [name]How[/name] about [name]Andrew[/name] nn [name]Andy[/name]
[name]Blaike[/name] -1, this hurts my eyes. [name]Blake[/name] is very nice, I would give it an 8. [name]Blaise[/name] is another good option
[name]Kayden[/name] - see jayden
[name]Ryder[/name]- 4, ok, but very trendy

my boy choices are: [name]Blake[/name], [name]Isaac[/name], [name]Isaiah[/name], & [name]Connor[/name]
how about: [name]Blake[/name] [name]Augustus[/name], [name]Isaac[/name] [name]Lorenzo[/name], & [name]Connor[/name] [name]James[/name]

[name]Brinley[/name] - 2/10
Kharley - 2/10
[name]Anaya[/name] - 3/10
Alixx - 2/10, but I do like [name]Alix[/name], with just one x.
[name]Taylor[/name] - 8/10. This is my definite favorite from your girls’ list.
[name]Shayne[/name] - 3/10
[name]Ryann[/name] - 3/10
Kynzie - 3/10
[name]Chanel[/name] - 2/10
[name]Brittani[/name] - 1/10. I think that this would be a very hard name to wear.
[name]Charisma[/name] - 1/10
[name]Alondra[/name] - 8/10. I didn’t really notice this one when I first glanced over your list, but I actually like it a lot. I love the meaning of “lark.”
[name]Symantha[/name] - 2/10. I don’t understand the need for the Y. It makes me want to pronounce it sim-an-tha, and I think that sam-an-tha is a prettier sound. She would also have to constantly spell it for people and correct them.
Cianni - 1/10. I’m not sure how this would be pronounced.
Briyanna - 2/10
[name]Kayla[/name] - 7/10
Khyli - 1/10
Starlynn - 1/10

[name]Brandyn[/name] - 3/10
[name]Konnor[/name] - 5/10
[name]Izaiah[/name] - 5/10. I prefer [name]Isaiah[/name], but as far as variant spellings go [name]Izaiah[/name] doesn’t bother me as much as some do.
[name]Jock[/name] - 1/10
[name]Brayden[/name] - 3/10
[name]Zack[/name] - 7/10. I prefer it as a nickname, but this is one of your boys’ choices that I like.
[name]Rhyan[/name] - 2/10
[name]Izaac[/name] - 1/10
[name]Jake[/name] - 6/10
[name]Brodey[/name] - 4/10
[name]Alex[/name] - 7/10
[name]Mykel[/name] - 1/10
[name]Seth[/name] - 9/10. My favorite of your choices for boys.
[name]Jadyn[/name] - 1/10
[name]Reilly[/name] - 6/10
[name]Shane[/name] - 7/10
[name]Allyn[/name] - 2/10
[name]Ayden[/name] - 1/10
[name]Andi[/name] - 1/10. I would definitely expect a girl if I saw this name.
[name]Blaike[/name] - 1/10
[name]Kayden[/name] - 1/10
[name]Ryder[/name] - 7/10

We have very different taste, so this was really hard for me to figure out how to rank. I hope it’s helpful somehow!

That girls list is truly awful, sorry - they look ridiculous and juvenile.

[name]Isaac[/name] is nice…when spelled correctly…

For all of you that can’t pronounce Cianni, it’s pronounced See-ah-nee.

Honestly I’m not a fan of this list at all. More traditional spellings and less “smoosh” names would make it a lot better.

I’m going to use a 1-5 scale, to make things easier (with 1 being horrible, 3 neutral, and 5 amazing)

[name]Brinley[/name] – 3
Kharley – 1 (this is horrible, [name]Charlie[/name] would be a 3-4)
[name]Anaya[/name] – 4
Alixx – 1 ([name]Alex[/name] is cute for girls [though I’d prefer [name]Alexa[/name], [name]Alexis[/name], [name]Alexandra[/name], etc.], Alixx is disgusting
[name]Taylor[/name] – 4
[name]Shayne[/name] – 2 (cute for boys)
[name]Ryann[/name] – 2 (the double “n” thing doesn’t make it more feminine, imo)
Kynzie – 1 ([name]Mackenzie[/name] is adorable)
[name]Chanel[/name] – 2 (Honestly not bad, just not my thing)
[name]Brittani[/name] – 2 ([name]Brittany[/name] is a bad enough name for a baby of 2013, this trendy spelling makes it worse)
[name]Charisma[/name] – 2 (I’d use a more name-like word name)
[name]Alondra[/name] - 3
[name]Symantha[/name] – 1 ([name]Samantha[/name] is timeless and elegant, [name]Symantha[/name] is gag-worthy)
Cianni - 2
Briyanna – 2 (PLEASE with the spellings!)
[name]Kayla[/name] – 4
Khyli – ([name]Kylie[/name] is cute, if not dated. I’d want to pronounce this chai-lee, like the tea)
Starlynn – 1

[name]Brandyn[/name] – 2 (the “y” makes it look like an attempt to make it a girl’s name, [name]Brandon[/name] is a good solid choice)
[name]Konnor[/name] – 3 ([name]Connor[/name] is a 5 in my book)
[name]Izaiah[/name] - 3
[name]Jock[/name] – 1 (God forbid he ends up an artist or on the pudgy side . . . )
[name]Brayden[/name] - 3
[name]Zack[/name] – 4 (though [name]Zachary[/name]/[name]Zackary[/name] seems more complete)
[name]Rhyan[/name] – 1 (is this supposed to be [name]Ryan[/name]? If so this is a horrible, horrible spelling)
[name]Izaac[/name] – 2
[name]Jake[/name] - 4
[name]Brodey[/name] – 3
[name]Alex[/name] – 3 ([name]Alexander[/name] is much more handsome)
[name]Mykel[/name] – 1 (is this [name]Michael[/name]?!? [name]Michael[/name] is a five, Trendy [name]Mykel[/name] is basically a zero)
[name]Seth[/name] - 5
[name]Jadyn[/name] - 2
[name]Reilly[/name] – 1
[name]Shane[/name] - 5
[name]Allyn[/name] - 1
[name]Ayden[/name] - 3
[name]Andi[/name] - 2
[name]Blaike[/name] - 1
[name]Kayden[/name] - 4
[name]Ryder[/name] – 4

Basically many of these names are absolutely great (like 4 or 5’s) in my book IF you use the correct spelling. If I was named [name]Symantha[/name], [name]Mykel[/name], or Briyanna I would change my name to the correct spelling the moment I could

Guys… really? Come on

[name]Just[/name] in case you really are pregnant and not just a troll…

Your child has to grow up - there is no way any of those names would serve an adult. Babies only stay babies for a year - they spend over 60 years as an adult, which do you think is more important? [name]Imagine[/name] introducing yourself as a doctor or lawyer with some of those names. If I had to introduce myself to potential clients with some (most) of those, I would be embarrassed to be quite honest. This doesn’t even account for the fact that a large portion of those spellings don’t even follow the rules of phonetics, your child deserves to have a name that at least looks literate.

The only acceptable names on that list to me are:

[name]Taylor[/name], [name]Alondra[/name], [name]Kayla[/name]. [name]Zack[/name], [name]Jake[/name], [name]Alex[/name], [name]Seth[/name], [name]Shane[/name], [name]Reilly[/name].
The rest I’d hate to be named.

If you spelled these names correctly then they’d be good options:
[name]Carly[/name], [name]Kenzie[/name], [name]Samantha[/name], [name]Brianna[/name], [name]Kylie[/name]. [name]Brandon[/name], [name]Connor[/name], [name]Isaiah[/name], [name]Ryan[/name], [name]Michael[/name], [name]Andy[/name], [name]Blake[/name].

I honestly don’t understand why you’d want to butcher such great names with ridiculous spellings…seems very fake to me.

Lol, you must be joking. The majority of these names are extremely trashy and trendy. And most of them aren’t even spelled correctly. The spellings are completely butchered! Seriously…Kharley? Alixx? [name]Symantha[/name]? [name]Konnor[/name]? [name]Izaiah[/name]? [name]Rhyan[/name]? [name]Mykel[/name]? Wow… And then some of the names look like you just made them up off the top of your head: Cianni, [name]Shayne[/name], Kynzie, Starlynn? You must have made that one up off the top of your head.

You must either be a teen mom, trailer park mom, or need to go back to 1st grade. They need to teach Hooked on phonics in schools again…

Hey. There’s no reason to be classist. These lists are pretty awful, but let’s not make unfair judgments about the OP’s socioeconomic status or her education level. Okay?

I do hope this person isn’t serious, but if she is…I’d go with [name]Samantha[/name] or [name]Seth[/name].

I agree with you, however that person was a first time poster too. Another fuel the fire troll, perhaps. SO, I think it’s worth moving on from this one

Unfortunately, there’s some truth to what was said. Not very nice, though.

[name]Jock[/name] - 0, Makes me think of [name]Jock[/name] strap
[name]Brayden[/name] - 4, It’s trendy but it’s okay
[name]Zack[/name] - 4, I’m the mom of a [name]Zach[/name] so I like it but I can only think of [name]Zach[/name] Attack, I didn’t pick my son’s name
