I’ve put my characters names, the names they go by, pronouns and some more to help (including their race in my fantasy book). And in order (to help), my characters are: White, Hispanic, Black, Asian, White, Pakistani (muslim), Hispanic, Indian, Black and Goblin

•Theodor Jasper (Teddy) : 16, cropped Dark brown hair, blue eyes, Trans, Gay, Ace, Demiromantic, he/him, dark academia and selective mutism. WARLOCK/DRUID

• Francis Christopher James (Frankie) : 17 (401 in elf years) , long blonde hair, green eyes, pan, queer, demisexual, he/him, cottagecore. ELF PRINCE

• Anastasia April Bennet (Benni) : 17 (no recorded age in angel database), dark brown afro, brown eyes, bi, she/her, retro aesthetic. ANGEL

• Julian Noah Oliver (Jude or Jooj): 16, black hair, green and brown eyes, he/him, softcore, ally and has heterochromia and keg amputee (crutches) SATYR

• Megara/Parker Max Bee (Meg or Parks): 17 (when deceased) , chin length curly white hair, purple eyes, She/He, pastel goth, genderfluid, lesbian and has vitiligo and albinism. GHOST

• Warda Zaara Rowan (Warda or Zaara): 17, brown eyes, She/Her, grunge aesthetic, ally and questioning sexuality and is hard of hearing. HUMAN *Warda, Julian and Megara are in a polyamarous relationship

•Eden Blue (Eddie): 16, ginger choppy hair, red eyes, He/Him, Omnisexual, aromantic, Firecore core (blind and only sees in hell hound form)
HELL HOUND

•Ragoba Din Nandi (Din) : 18, green eyes and half black, half white messy curly cropped hair, boho/plant mum aesthetic, They/Them, Genderqueer and neptunic, birthmark on their nose
FAUN

• Dakala Bishop: 18 (29846 years in god years), long green dreads, grey eyes art aesthetic, She/Her, Trans Girl, Straight, Goddess and her wings change colour depending on her mood
FAERI

•Gilmon (Gil): 18 (in human 126 in goblin years), black eyes and messy medium length black hair, hype beast aesthetic, He/Him, Gay
GOBLIN

firstly: whoa those are amazing names and secondly: you have got some of the most well described characters i have ever read. like. whoa. best of luck to ya on writing this cause wow that sounds awesome.

Firstly, the names are lovely, but there’s a much larger problem I see here.
I don’t think you’ve done enough research for your Muslim character. Most Muslims would take offense to a Muslim character existing in a world with gods/goddesses, as [name_m]Islam[/name_m] is a purely monotheistic religion. As well, most Muslims would take offense to this character being in a relationship with another woman(?)

I’m assuming this is from a place of just not knowing, but this feels like very ignorant portrayal in general.

Oh sorry I hadn’t done loads and loads of research about that because my Muslim friends (5) said that they would be fine (2 of them are lgbtq) thanks. I might have to reconsider the Goddess thing (it was a last minute decision anyway) and just make Dakala a Princess or queen instead.

And to clear things up anyway the polyam relationship isn’t a triangle thing (not all 3 are dating) it’s more like Warda and Julian are dating but Julian also dates Megara (so Warda and Megara are friends but NOT dating)
