You have a lovely list here!
[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]: 8 - very sophisticated, and pretty without being too frilly. [name_f]Cece[/name_f] is a beautiful nickname, too. Personally, I really don’t think the name’s meaning is a problem - how many people are going to know what it means really?! I do slightly prefer the Old English variants [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] and [name_f]Cicely[/name_f], but [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]/[name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] is beautiful.
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]: 9 - I really love this name. I think it’s sweet and feisty, and feels just the right amount of vintage to work beautifully in 2017. The whole [name_m]Cor[/name_m]- family of names is starting to get a bit more attention though, so watch out for this one to rise up the popularity rankings, especially with the Downton [name_u]Abbey[/name_u] link.
[name_f]Delilah[/name_f]: 8 - I relly like [name_f]Delilah[/name_f]. It does feel very youthful, but then lots of names given to babies nowadays do and I’m sure they’ll all age fine. There is the negative Biblical association to bear in mind, but if you’re not religious then I don’t see why this has to be an issue. Depending on where you live, it may not be an immediate association for most people these days anyway.
[name_f]Georgiana[/name_f]: 7 - beautiful and again very sophisticated (even aristocratic!), but it is pretty long and fussy. The great thing about this name is that she’ll have a ton of nickname options to choose from, even if she turns out to be a real tomboy.
[name_f]Gretta[/name_f]: 8 - [name_f]Greta[/name_f] is lovely (this is the usual spelling - not sure about the double t). It’s strong, punchy, retro and very cool.
[name_f]Honora[/name_f]: 9 - I think this is beautiful. Very unusual but very classy and ladylike. I love [name_f]Honor[/name_f] and [name_f]Annora[/name_f] too.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f]: 6 - lovely name but very popular at the moment where I live and therefore feels quite unexciting to me.
[name_f]Juliette[/name_f]: 8 - I like this spelling much less than the more streamlined [name_f]Juliet[/name_f], but it is a really beautiful, underused, feminine yet unfrilly name. If I had a [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] I’d call her [name_u]Jet[/name_u]!
[name_f]Margo[/name_f]: 8 - Again, I prefer an alternative spelling ([name_f]Margot[/name_f]), but I think this is a beautiful vintage name which feels just right in 2017. [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] or [name_f]Meg[/name_f] would make for cute nicknames.
[name_u]Romy[/name_u]: 6 - This one feels more like a nickname to me, a bit unfinished. I love it as a nickname for something like [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] or [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], but not so much on its own.
[name_u]Wren[/name_u]: 9 - I think this is a beautiful name. Spare, strong and sweet. I wonder though if you’d ave to be a certain sort of person to pull it off?
