[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
Here are my thoughts-
girls:
meredith elsie-I don’t know why I can’t get into [name_u]Meredith[/name_u], but it’s not my cup of tea. It’s just a little stuffy sounding in my opinion. That being said, it’s a perfectly nice name. Feminine but not too frilly, well known, but not too over done. I love [name_f]Elsie[/name_f] as a nn, but this combo flows well enough.
josephine erin-I love [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]! It’s so sweet & elegant & spunky & vintage. I don’t think that [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Erin[/name_f] flows perfectly, but it’s not bad.
stephanie kate-Stephanie just a little bit too dated for my tastes. It’s not offensively horrible; I’m just not excited about it. This combo flows well.
frances marie-Aw, [name_f]Frances[/name_f] is sweet. It’s old fashioned & kind of bookish, but not in a geeky way. In a lovable way. And it has the adorable nns of [name_f]Franny[/name_f] & [name_f]Francie[/name_f]. [name_u]Marie[/name_u] is a bit filler-y as a mn, even though I like it in general & this combo flows nicely.
alexis shae-I really don’t care for [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]. I think I’ve just known too many mean girls named this in my life. It sounds cunning. [name_u]Alexis[/name_u] [name_u]Shae[/name_u] kind of runs together. And the [name_u]Shae[/name_u] spelling is a little odd. I’d just [name_u]Shea[/name_u] or [name_u]Shay[/name_u].
annie leigh-Annie is old fashioned & simple & just lovable. I do find it better as a nn though. Tons of great ‘Annie’ full names! [name_u]Anne[/name_u], [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f], [name_f]Annabella[/name_f], [name_f]Annika[/name_f], [name_f]Annelise[/name_f], [name_f]Susanna[/name_f]?
hallie kay-I really like the sound of [name_f]Hallie[/name_f], but the spelling always looks off. I want to spell it [name_u]Haley[/name_u], but then people say it Hay-ley.
haley rose-Love this one, but if you’re looking for Hay-lee, I want to spell it [name_f]Hayley[/name_f]! [name_u]Haley[/name_u] is, I’m pretty sure, correct & most people will get it right & say Hay-lee. I just had a cat growing up whom I named [name_f]Hayley[/name_f], so I’m biased.
It’s a sweet, sporty, friendly fun name.
eleanor may-Love it. [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] is such a stunning classic, & the sweet soft [name_f]May[/name_f] fits in great.
sloane ivy-Ooh, I like [name_u]Sloane[/name_u]. It’s so sleek & elegant, but also kind of fun. [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is cute.
boys:
florian james-All the Berries love [name_u]Florian[/name_u], but I just can’t get on board. It just feels feminine to me, even though it’s definitely a boy name. [name_u]Florian[/name_u] [name_u]James[/name_u] is a handsome combo though, for what its worth.
tristan elliott-Ooh, I like this one. Very handsome & a little mysterious & romantic.
hayden lucas-Hayden is definitely not my least favorite ‘aden’ name. I much prefer it to [name_m]Zayden[/name_m], [name_m]Cayden[/name_m], [name_u]Jayden[/name_u], [name_u]Brayden[/name_u] (love [name_u]Aidan[/name_u] though!), but it doesn’t sparkle that much for me. And paired w/Lucas, which is fine but also really over done these days, isn’t my favorite.
logan quinn-I do like seeing [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] on a boy! [name_u]Logan[/name_u], however, is just way too trendy & popular in my opinion.
caspian noah-Ooh, [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] is cool. Interesting & different, but strong & fairly simple. Cute nns of [name_m]Cas[/name_m] & Caspi as well. I like [name_u]Noah[/name_u] in general, but CaspiaN [name_u]Noah[/name_u] runs into each other. I’m picky about that.
charlie jack-Aw, I love [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]! I like it as a nn for [name_m]Charles[/name_m], but I definitely love it enough for it to be substantial enough on its own. It’s so friendly & kind & adorable boyish. [name_m]Jack[/name_m] is basically the same as [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] w/those characteristics, but [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] [name_m]Jack[/name_m] as a combo does feel like two nick-names.
derek leonardo-That’s kind of interesting. I’m not in love w/either name, but this is totally fine & unexpected.
alexander michael-That’s not terribly exciting, but super handsome & classic none the less.
liam nicholas-Same as above.
sloane everett-I much prefer [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] for a girl. One of the few unisex names that I only like for a girl. Usually I’m annoyed by them!
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.
