[name_m]Hi[/name_m]! [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite sibset of mine right now is this one below - they all have significant meaning to them, which is something I hadn’t really given importance to before now. What do you guys think of each name, combo, and the entire sibset as a whole?
Anchal Anessa
Anchal’s a place in [name_f]Kerala[/name_f], the gardens and nature around there are so pretty! I went there when I was 8 and I still remember it pretty vividly. [name_f]Anessa[/name_f] is related to the word “Nakshatra” which means stars in Sanskrit. Stars are a very important symbol in my culture.
Anjali Anoura
[name_u]Angel[/name_u] → [name_f]Anjali[/name_f]
I love the sound of the name, the strong ‘j’. And I have a very strong personal connection to the word [name_u]Angel[/name_u], so it’s a name of a memory. Anoura came from [name_f]Noura[/name_f], a long time name love of mine, and [name_u]Honor[/name_u], cause I was thinking about honor names. [name_f]Noura[/name_f] means light, reminding me of 2 of my favorite songs, both of which mean a lot to me.
Pia Amelie
[name_f]Pia[/name_f]'s a direct honor name. It’s a name I’ve loved forever. It honors my great grandma and my little sister, so it’s a win-win. It also has direct ties to Uttara, the name of a birth star. [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] comes from this french bakery me and my friends always used to go to. It brings back a lot of memories and just positive vibes in general!
Sajal Ashwini
I’ve loved the name [name_u]Sage[/name_u] for a long while, so when I heard Sajal it was just perfect. Ashwini’s another honor name. Together, the combo means [name_f]Promise[/name_f] [name_u]Light[/name_u], which reminds me of something my friend used to say: “When the light comes out of the dark, the promise must still be kept.”
Thank you!
~[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
Edit - Anchal’s pronounced Ahn-ch-ull and Anjali is pronounced un-jul-ee
