So I’ve seen many people do this and I’ve only just finally understood the whole user card thing. So I added all my favorite combos that I’ve come up with over the years there. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated

TIA

Petra [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] - unexpected and bright

Eliza [name_f]Hope[/name_f] - cheerful and lively

Cassidy [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] - I love the flow and rhythm of this

Eliya [name_f]Joy[/name_f] - light and pretty

Sienna [name_f]Autumn[/name_f] - I love the red/gold imagery this givea off

Olive [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] - I love the vintage charm but I find the flow slightly off. [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Olive[/name_f] would flow better or [name_f]Olive[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]?

Chloe [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] -[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] is warm and sweet

Gideon [name_u]Levi[/name_u] is strong and charming

Ezekiel [name_u]Jude[/name_u] - well balanced

Zechariah [name_m]Dov[/name_m] - bold and interesting

Elliot [name_m]Johann[/name_m] is a nice blend of soft and sweer

Israel [name_m]Moshe[/name_m] is interesting but I’m not a big fan of [name_m]Moshe[/name_m]. [name_u]Israel[/name_u] [name_m]Noam[/name_m]?

Baruch [name_u]Shalom[/name_u] - I think it could grow on me

[name_f]Petra[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] - I’ve never been a fan of [name_f]Petra[/name_f], but the combo is lovely!
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f] - I love this one! So bright and classic!
[name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] - [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] isn’t my style, but [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] balances it out nicely!
[name_u]Eliya[/name_u] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] - How are you pronouncing [name_u]Eliya[/name_u]? I’ve never heard of it before!
[name_f]Sienna[/name_f] [name_f]Autumn[/name_f] - Again, [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] isn’t my style, but I absolutely love [name_f]Autumn[/name_f] as a middle name!
[name_f]Olive[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] - [name_f]Olive[/name_f] is sweet, and the combo has a nice flow! [name_m]Just[/name_m] darling!
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] - I would personally look for a different middle, because both names share the “o” and “l” sounds.

[name_m]Gideon[/name_m] [name_u]Levi[/name_u] - [name_u]Strong[/name_u] and very biblical! Feels classic and timeless!
[name_m]Ezekiel[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] - I don’t care for [name_m]Ezekiel[/name_m], but this combo is very handsome!
[name_m]Zechariah[/name_m] [name_m]Dov[/name_m] - I would prefer [name_m]Dov[/name_m] spelled [name_u]Dove[/name_u], but the combo is nice otherwise!
[name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_m]Johann[/name_m] - I LOVE [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]! This is a lovely combo!
[name_u]Israel[/name_u] [name_m]Moshe[/name_m] - NMS, but still nice!
[name_m]Baruch[/name_m] [name_u]Shalom[/name_u] - see above.

Hi there.

I love your doggy in your profile pic!

Here are my thoughts on the U.C. names:

Petra [name_f]Dawn[/name_f]-I don’t hate [name_f]Petra[/name_f], but it’s not my cup of tea. [name_m]Just[/name_m] don’t love the sound, but it’s a totally fine interesting name. [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] is not my style either, but this combo flows well.

Eliza [name_f]Hope[/name_f]-[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is really fun. Smart, spunky & vintage. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] is a little filler middle name feeling, but it’s a nice combo none the less.

Cassidy [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]-This sounds good too, but I don’t care for [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u]. It feels very 90s.

Eliya [name_f]Joy[/name_f]-Apparently I’m not a fan of virtue names, because I don’t really like [name_f]Joy[/name_f] either. But [name_u]Eliya[/name_u] is gorgeous! I never see it on these boards, & it’s such a beautiful Hebrew name.

Sienna [name_f]Autumn[/name_f]-That’s a nice combo. Very serene feeling. Neither of these names do much for me, but this is still pretty good.

Olive [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]- :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:  :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Chloe [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]-I thin that [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] is really lovely. It has a light friendly lovable vibe. [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] doesn’t do much for me, & this is a tad rhyme-y.

Gideon [name_u]Levi[/name_u]-Oh, that’s nice. Kind of quirky & cute. Has a good flow too.

Ezekiel [name_u]Jude[/name_u]-I like the idea of [name_m]Ezekiel[/name_m], but it just sounds a little clunky. Although the beautiful [name_u]Jude[/name_u] softens it out. And the nn [name_u]Zeke[/name_u] is fun.

Zechariah [name_m]Dov[/name_m]-That’s really interesting. Thoughtful & kind yet very masculine. And you could also do [name_u]Zeke[/name_u] here.

Elliot [name_m]Johann[/name_m]-That’s very handsome & charming. I think that [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] looks better though.

Israel [name_m]Moshe[/name_m]-[name_m]Moshe[/name_m] is adorable. [name_u]Israel[/name_u] is a good sounding word, but it’s hard to picture as a name. I guess the nn [name_u]Izzy[/name_u] is cute.

Baruch [name_u]Shalom[/name_u]-Certainly very Hebrew-y. Again, nice words but I can’t quite see them as names.

Hope this helps.

Those were all really great detailed suggested! Thank you! I really appreciate the skill of being able to put feelings or characteristics to names that I’ve noticed a lot of berries are good at doing. It’s a new nuance that I don’t think I quite have yet. Definitely is a skill

I pronounce [name_u]Eliya[/name_u] as [name_f]El[/name_f]-ee-yuh). When I came up with the combo I was thinking of it as a possible sibset for DD [name_f]Anya[/name_f], but have since moved on to [name_f]Talia[/name_f] or [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. But I still really like it. Would be using as a feminine form of [name_m]Elijah[/name_m]

Thank you! [name_f]My[/name_f] little doggies name is Presea. I can’t believe she’s 9 already :sob:

I really like your style. Hebrew names are definitely my favorite followed by Slavic names. It’s funny because I’ll go more all over the place with girl combos but I stick more to the themes I love with boy names.
