[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
Here are my favorite to least favorite rankings:
Maeve-Ooh, I love love [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]. It’s light and elegant and has a great balance of smart and sleek plus a little girl skipping through a meadow.
Camellia-I like this a lot too. It’s fancy and has beautiful floral imagery. I like the nns [name_f]Callie[/name_f], [name_f]Millie[/name_f] & [name_f]Mila[/name_f]. I don’t like the nn [name_f]Cami[/name_f], which is the downside.
Cleo-Super cute and kind of quirky. I like it better as a nn for [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], but it’s okay on its own.
Lola-This is another name that I find not substantial enough for a full name, but think it’s adorable as a nn. I love [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] nn [name_f]Lola[/name_f] the most, but [name_f]Eloisa[/name_f] or [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f] are also pretty.
Apolline-I think that it reminds me too much of the word apple (which actually could be a cute nn…), but I appreciate that it feels vintage and unique. I like the nn [name_f]Polly[/name_f]!
Ayla-I love this if I had just heard you say it but not read it. Because I really want it to be [name_f]Isla[/name_f]. [name_f]Ayla[/name_f] looks off to me. It’s super popular too, but still sounds beautiful.
Athena-It’s not my cup of tea, but not sure why. I think it sounds too serious maybe?
Ophelia-This isn’t unpleasant, but it’s just so dramatic and dark sounding to me.
Macie-Really weird that I adore [name_f]Maisy[/name_f], but [name_f]Macie[/name_f] sounds trendy to me . Ridiculous, maybe. I’d at least do it as a nn for something classier like [name_f]Maureen[/name_f] or [name_f]Margaret[/name_f].
Rossi-I actually don’t mind the way it looks or sounds, but it’s just too cutesy I guess.
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.
