They work as a sibset in my opinion. They are not my taste really, but I will list them with 1 being my favorite, four being my least fav.

[name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] 3

[name_f]Lovely[/name_f] sibset! I think they definitely work. My ratings would be (out of five, five being the best):

I like them all, my only thought is that [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] is extremely nicknamey and short compared to the others. I also don’t think it ages well. I’d personally choose something more substansial to go with the other siblings and use [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] as a nickname
I like these names, but, in my opinion, I don’t think that [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] works in a sibset with names like [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] and [name_f]Augusta[/name_f]. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] names though!
