Another nms name, and I don’t really like [name_f]Molly[/name_f], especially with the drug. Though I guess [name_f]Mali[/name_f] spelt this way is a place name as well, so the association probably isn’t too bothersome.

I love [name_f]Annaliese[/name_f], especially this spelling. [name_f]Anna[/name_f] pron [name_f]Ann[/name_f]-uh isn’t my favourite name in the word though.

[name_f]Aggie[/name_f] or [name_u]Gus[/name_u] or [name_m]Augie[/name_m] come to mind.

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is gorgeous. I also prefer it as a mn because of the popularity. [ Though it has meaning to me because my parents wanted me to me nn’d [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] but ironically hated [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], which I ironically love so I feel it fits my “rebellious and eclectic” style of names.]

[name_f]Eve[/name_f] is pretty. Not big on the full name. I prefer [name_f]Eva[/name_f] or [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f].

[name_f]Adelina[/name_f]- Beautiful name! It’s so elegant and graceful. I love the nicknames [name_f]Lina[/name_f], [name_f]Elle[/name_f]/[name_f]Ella[/name_f], and [name_f]Adela[/name_f][name_f]Adele[/name_f]! I don’t like the nickname [name_f]Delly[/name_f] at all because it makes me think of meat [name_m]Deli[/name_m]'s.
[name_f]Amalia[/name_f]- I love this name as well! I like [name_f]Mali[/name_f], but I prefer [name_f]Ama[/name_f] or [name_f]Millie[/name_f].

[name_f]Indira[/name_f]- I’m not a fan of this name. I don’t think that it’s weird, it just doesn’t roll off my tongue.
[name_f]Jemima[/name_f]- I love this name! I didn’t used to, but in the past few months it’s really grown on me! I love the nicknames [name_f]Minnie[/name_f], [name_f]Mimi[/name_f], & [name_f]Mina[/name_f]. I don’t like the nickname [name_u]Jem[/name_u], though.
[name_f]Lorelai[/name_f]- I love this name (especially because of [name_m]Gilmore[/name_m] Girls). I’m not a big fan of the name [name_u]Rory[/name_u], but I do like [name_f]Lola[/name_f] and [name_f]Lolly[/name_f].
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]- Very sweet name! [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] & [name_f]Margie[/name_f] are all I can think of. I don’t really think it needs a nickname.

I’m pretty neutral for this. I think a lot of [name_m]Ad[/name_m]- names are becoming very popular and as much as I do like them they seem a bit common now. I would prefer [name_f]Della[/name_f] but [name_f]Lina[/name_f] is lovely!

I’m still pretty neutral on this name. I think it’s definitely gorgeous and charming, and [name_f]Mali[/name_f]/[name_f]Molly[/name_f] is so darling!

I’m kind of “meh” on this name. I like it a while back because it could be shortened to [name_f]Liesl[/name_f].

I dislike this name because of the last two syllables. I prefer just [name_u]August[/name_u] on a boy or a girl.

Always loved this name! It’s a bit too popular for my liking currently, but I think it’s an unexpected but classic middle! As a first, I love [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] as a nickname.

[name_f]Evelina[/name_f]- Nickname [name_f]Eve[/name_f].
I’m kind of hesitant because of pronunciation. I love [name_f]Eve[/name_f], but if the first syllable is pronounced EEV instead of EV, it sounds too much like “Evil”. I prefer the Ev-ell-EE-nah pronounciation.

[name_f]Georgia[/name_f]- Nicknames?
I’m neutral on this name as well. Perhaps [name_u]Jo[/name_u] or [name_f]Gia[/name_f] as a nickname? (My name is [name_f]Gia[/name_f], lol!)

[name_f]Indira[/name_f]- Too weird?
I quite like it, but it sounds too much like endearing for me to go any further with it. [name_f]Deedee[/name_f] would be cute but I fear the default nickname would be Iny/[name_f]Indie[/name_f], which I’ve always found kind of offputting.

[name_f]Jemima[/name_f]- Nickname [name_u]Jem[/name_u].
[name_u]Jem[/name_u] is adorable but I think too much of the maple syrup brand. I really adore [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]/[name_f]Jenna[/name_f] though.

[name_f]Lorelai[/name_f]- Nickname [name_u]Rory[/name_u].
I like it! However I’ve never fully understood the fascination with [name_u]Rory[/name_u].

[name_f]Margot[/name_f]- Nicknames?
[name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Margot[/name_f]. I love the nickname Go-Go. I had a friend a few years back who was called [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and went by Go-Go. I thought it was super cute and super cool!

I absolutely love [name_f]Opal[/name_f]! It would work as a great middle name! It’s familiar, but unexpected and charming!

I love it as a first and middle all the same. It’s always been a favourite.

Again… “Meh”. I don’t typically like Z- names though, so I’m probably not the best person to give input on those names.

[name_f]Amalia[/name_f]- Nickname [name_f]Mali[/name_f] ([name_f]Molly[/name_f])- I love this name so much. I don’t even think this name needs a nickname. It is already so good.
[name_f]Annaliese[/name_f]- Nickname [name_f]Anna[/name_f]-[name_u]Unique[/name_u] and different. I had this name on my list along with [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f]. I love [name_f]Anna[/name_f] names.
[name_f]Augusta[/name_f]- Nicknames? -Not my style. I would probably go with [name_m]Augustine[/name_m] over this but it does have nice historical background. There are not many nichnames. Probably [name_m]Augie[/name_m].
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]- (As a middle name probably)-So many nicknames. I love it. It is a classic but not out of style. [name_m]Just[/name_m] like [name_f]Jane[/name_f] or [name_f]Mary[/name_f] it has gone through ages but still sounds Nice. I also like it as a first name [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f], for example.
[name_f]Evelina[/name_f]- Nickname [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. I like ths one. It is not like everything else. I like the A over just [name_f]Eveline[/name_f]. I like the nicknames [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and [name_f]Eve[/name_f].
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f]- Nicknames? Not usually a fan of place names but [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] has grown on me. It is very pretty.
[name_f]Indira[/name_f]- Too weird? NEver heard of it but like it. It is unique but I do not mind that. [name_f]Indie[/name_f], Dira are both niknames.
[name_f]Jemima[/name_f]- Nickname [name_u]Jem[/name_u]. Not my favorite. It’s probably because I picture [name_u]Jem[/name_u] as a boy due to the book to kill a mockingbird.But Maybe if it ws spelt with a g.
[name_f]Lorelai[/name_f]- Nickname [name_u]Rory[/name_u]. I really like this name. Something other than [name_f]Loraine[/name_f]. [name_f]Lory[/name_f] is also a good name and it is a twist from Luara

[name_f]Amalia[/name_f] ([name_f]Mali[/name_f], [name_f]Molly[/name_f]) - Not a fan and with [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] being so popular she might just become ‘[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] with an A’. I do love [name_f]Molly[/name_f] as a stand alone name though.
[name_f]Annaliese[/name_f] ([name_f]Anna[/name_f]) - I adore [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f], nn [name_f]Anna[/name_f] but I’m not keen on the [name_f]Annaliese[/name_f] spelling, I can’t get past ‘anal’.
[name_f]Augusta[/name_f] - This is a bit old fashioned and up-tight for me but I can see the appeal. What about [name_u]Gus[/name_u] or [name_m]Augie[/name_m] for nn’s?

[name_f]Lorelai[/name_f] ([name_u]Rory[/name_u]) - Nice and I like nn [name_u]Rory[/name_u].
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] - [name_f]Margot[/name_f]/[name_f]Margo[/name_f] is one of my favourite names. It can be used as a nn for [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] so I think other [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] nn’s could work? Maybe [name_f]Mae[/name_f]/[name_f]May[/name_f] or [name_f]Maggie[/name_f]?

[name_f]Primrose[/name_f] (mn) - [name_u]Love[/name_u] this a pretty, quirky middle.

[name_f]Adelina[/name_f]- Nickname would be [name_f]Delly[/name_f] or [name_f]Lina[/name_f]. Pretty, but I’m not a huge fan of the [name_u]Addison[/name_u]/[name_f]Adelyn[/name_f] names as I think they’re overused. [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] is too similar for me.
[name_f]Amalia[/name_f]- Nickname [name_f]Mali[/name_f] ([name_f]Molly[/name_f]). Pretty, but I prefer [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] despite its extreme popularity.
[name_f]Annaliese[/name_f]- Nickname [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Annaliese[/name_f] is one of the most beautiful names I’ve every heard, combining two of my favorite sounds in names, “[name_f]Anna[/name_f]” and “[name_f]Lise[/name_f]”.
[name_f]Augusta[/name_f]- Nicknames? It’s not really my style. Nicknames could be [name_f]Aggie[/name_f], Auggie, [name_u]Gus[/name_u], [name_f]Gusta[/name_f].
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]- (As a middle name probably). [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is a gorgeous name and I love the nn “[name_f]Lottie[/name_f]”. I wish it weren’t so popular.
[name_f]Evelina[/name_f]- Nickname [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. Beautiful! I agree with teenberry on issues with pronunciation, but I think the most natural pronunciation is “Ehv-a-lina”. I also love [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f].
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f]- Nicknames?. I love [name_f]Georgia[/name_f], it’s so classic and fun! Nicknames could be [name_m]George[/name_m], [name_u]Georgie[/name_u], or [name_f]Gia[/name_f] but it doesn’t necessarily need a nn.
[name_f]Jemima[/name_f]- Nickname [name_u]Jem[/name_u]. I’m with teenberry on this one- it’s hard for me to dissociate the name from the syrup. I know [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] has been gaining in popularity in some countries, but it’s pretty uncommon where I’m from. Maybe I’ll grow to like it more. If you like [name_u]Jem[/name_u], I think [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] is a beautiful name
[name_f]Lorelai[/name_f]- Nickname [name_u]Rory[/name_u]. This one’s okay. I love [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] with nn [name_u]Rory[/name_u] though.
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]- Nicknames?. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] is pretty, but I don’t love it. In the book Gone Girl, the main character’s sister [name_f]Margot[/name_f] goes by “Go” which I think is kind of cute. You could probably also go with [name_f]Margie[/name_f] or [name_f]Maggie[/name_f]. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] wouldn’t be my first choice though.
[name_f]Opal[/name_f]- (As a middle name). I love [name_f]Opal[/name_f] along with most gem names :). I think it would make a good first name as well.
[name_f]Primrose[/name_f]- (As a middle name). This is a beautiful name! I think it would make a great first too. There’s plenty of potential for nicknames- Prim, [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]. [name_u]Love[/name_u] it.
[name_u]Zola[/name_u]- (As a middle) I’m not sure [name_u]Zola[/name_u] would flow as a good middle name. It’s not my favorite name.

Thanks. I never really noticed the [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] pronouciation issues. I know about [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] and the syrup (we often buy that syrup) but I just love it. Maybe it’s better suited as a middle. [name_u]Zola[/name_u] is a new one. Someone I know has the middle name [name_u]Zola[/name_u], and at first i thought it was really odd, but I fell in love with it like you fall asleep, slowly then all at once. But thanks! Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get to [name_f]Eve[/name_f] other then [name_f]Eva[/name_f] or [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]?

You have a wonderful list! [name_f]Amalia[/name_f], [name_f]Annaliese[/name_f], [name_f]Evelina[/name_f], [name_f]Jemima[/name_f], and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] are my favourites.

[name_f]Evelina[/name_f] [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f]/[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] is one of the most gorgeous combos ever, although I have always had [name_f]Eva[/name_f] lined up as a nickname (because I had a real crush on [name_f]Eva[/name_f] at one point but didn’t like its popularity).

[name_f]Amalia[/name_f] is shamefully underused (but I’m not complaining!).

[name_f]Annaliese[/name_f] is beautiful. I acually really like the spelling [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]/[name_f]Annelise[/name_f], but that’s probably because I see the ‘[name_f]Anna[/name_f]’ first and mentally label it as a name . . .

You could definitely get away with [name_f]Indira[/name_f], especially with a cool nickname like [name_f]Indie[/name_f] or [name_f]Di[/name_f].

Not so keen on [name_u]Zola[/name_u], in particular . . . I don’t tend to like the more modern, ‘stream-lined’ names as much as the quite definitely feminine and more traditional names though, and it also makes me think of Gianfranco [name_u]Zola[/name_u], so . . .

Btw do you like Annique?

Another way to get [name_f]Eve[/name_f] - what about [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]? [name_f]Geneva[/name_f], [name_f]Niamh[/name_f] or Caiomhe if you were going by pronunciation, [name_f]Reeva[/name_f] . . . there are other Ev- names like [name_f]Evadne[/name_f] but you’ve probably already looked at them. [name_f]Yvette[/name_f] is another option, but I have the impression that many people find it quite definitely unappealing . . .

I honestly still love the name [name_f]Evelina[/name_f] (I proncoune it ee-vuh-leena).
